I stumbled across PetCareRx about a year ago. I have not been disappointed. Fair prices and always speedy delivery. The few times I have had to speak to customer service, I have always received wonderfully polite and helpful employees. Wonderful company with wonderful customer service.
I want to give the woman that has taken my calls an A+! Always friendly and goes above and beyond! In today's world, it's so refreshing to hear a friendly voice and have someone make your day a little brighter just by a conversation!

For some reason FedEx gets my packages delivered to different addresses that are not my home. And that's what happened with my kitty's gift. But after a couple of emails with PetCareRx Rep Ashley Raghoo, the item was re-delivered and my kitty Benjamin couldn't be happier. Thanks to the wonderful customer service! :)

A very helpful, hands-on company. Ordering was super-easy—even when part of the order was a prescription and needed veterinary ok. Product inventory was also impressive. They also did a follow-up call to make sure everything was delivered! And even offered me a discount for the annual membership. It's nice to know the company goes out of its way to accommodate its customers. I would recommend 100%!

I have never really considered getting my dog's prescriptions online until recently. The process with my vet has become time consuming, inconvenient, and ultimately frustrating. So I went on my search for a reliable place on the internet. I needed to get a very popular med that no other site had, and I checked 10. Then I tried PetCareRx.
Not only did I find the med I needed at PetCareRx, their costumer service rep Ashley called to resolve some issues with my order. She was 100% amazing! Not just professional, she was actually kind. She was patient, informative, and ended up saving me money. Her recommendations will end up saving me cash and time in the future as well. She handled all of the odd problems with my particular order completely, with big points for style and compassion. It was a joy doing business with her. I was relieved that my dog would get his heart medication, and that I was getting it for less than half what I was paying through my veterinarian. I simply did not expect this kind of help from an online operation. Thank you Ashley.

My day started with spending hundreds on my dogs heart pills. Luckily for me, my pharmacy didn't have one pill I needed so I came across petcare. I contacted petcare and the employee helped me get registered and went through every pill (I had already purchased) to help me see if petcare was a better option! Wow was it! I saved over $200 just on one prescription and on my next months I will save much more! Thank you so much!

PetCareRx saves me a bunch of money over buying from the Vet's office, add in the PetPlus program and the savings are even higher! I have a pet who will need medication the rest of her life, so this works well. And, the Customer Service is fantastic! I'm a happy customer!

There was a mix-up on my usual Bravecto Rx for my dog. I had made a mistake by changing the name of the vet on my order. Alexandra took care of it quickly, and added another refill on for me over the phone. But besides being knowledgeable and professional, she was so friendly and easy to work with.

My very elderly dog relies on cardiac meds to exist. Because of the recent Pimobendan shortage I was in a panic trying to find medication for my fur baby. Selena helped me figure out a plan to most effectively get my baby's medication. Thank you Selena.

Customer Service Rep named Peggy told me about the benefits of signing up for PetPlus with PetcareRX. At first I hesitated, but after hearing the reduced cost of the 2 items I was about to order, and free shipping, I signed up! I have already gotten back my membership fee! I have used PetcareRX for many many years and have never had any issues with my orders or delivery. If my prescription renewal has run out, they contact the vet for me too! I see some negative reviews regarding the heart medication that is often out of stock. I have needed this product too for several dogs over many years. This is not a ploy with Petcare RX, this is a true issue with the medication manufacturer everywhere in the US. There is one supplier and MANY dogs are using it. We need alternate sources ASAP to alleviate the ongoing and constant shortages, but that is not PetcareRx's fault. Peggy also helped me clean up some outdated information in my profile while we were on the phone. Thank you Peggy!

I spoke with Gabriel regardi g a charge on my crefit card. I had forgotten that I had signed up for something. I lost my pet in February so no lo ger ysed ur. Gabriel reminded me and expressed sympathy at my loss. She then proceeded to refund the charge. A very pleasant experience. Thank you.

After trying to find a medication at other online pet pharmacies to no avail, I tried PetCareRx for the first time. Selena helped me find the medication my dachshund, Reesee, needed. She also helped get it to me in a timely manner so no doses were missed! She kept me updated through the entire process. Great customer service!

I experienced an issue with my pet Abby's online medication refill order getting an approval with her vet for a week of back and forth calls. I called and spoke with Theresa R. To get a status on my order yesterday evening and my order was still pending. She had excellent customer service by reassuring me she would follow up this morning on my order and call Abby's vet to get the refill approval. She has now informed me she got the approval for Abby's refill and am happy to know my 14 yr old dachshund with CHF will be getting her Vetmedin soon, thanks to Theresa.

Answer: PetPlus is a scam. You pay $50 a year and pay top dollar if you use your local pharmacy! Stay away. Go on goodrx.com and save money and $50 membership!
