I originally chose Petcarerx.com because they had the best price on the product I was purchasing... but I am here to tell you a low price does NOT mean low quality service! I've exchanged several emails with Ashley Raghoo about a prescription I ordered. She was helpful & sweet & super prompt to respond everytime! She makes me HAPPY I chose Petcarerx... (and in case you are wondering, this was not a paid review! I really just had wonderful cust service today & wanted to share!)

When I first called customer service, I was feeling very anxious and not a happy camper. Gabriella came on the line with a voice that was eager to help me and that is what she did. I called for a refill for our elderly lab with hip issues. Meds were very expensive but was told if I signed up for PetPlus I could save $40 per month on the refill. Thanks for helping me save some $$$

After several attempts to work with both. Rite Aide and a CVS, the frustrating issue was resolved. She worked late and called me back until the problem was solved and PetcarePlus went through. She is indeed an model customer service employee.

I had the most amazing experience with Balfour Watkins today. I'd inadvertently selected the wrong medication for my dog (based on size). When fulfilling my order, Balfour immediately caught my mistake and reached out to me to confirm and he was correct. He immediately corrected and processed my order. Amazing!

I talked with Andrew today about my RX that was due to be refilled. He informed me of the Pet Care Plus program. I joined and am very Happy that he told me how much I could save on future orders. My vet charges outrageous prices for Rx meds.

Placed an order online late Tuesday evening. Got a call from Alicia the next morning. She told me about wholesale pricing available by becoming a PetCare member. The savings are phenomenal. I almost became a member when I placed my online order but it cost $65 PER pet. I couldn't afford that. So PetCare told me they would give me a two pet memberships for the price of one. Alicia was super nice and knew her product extremely well. Great customer service.

After two declines from my vet for prescriptions THEY wrote, Andrew was a calming reassuring voice in the midst of chaos. He was able to cancel the orders. Costumer Service is a joke. Inept, rude, just of comedy of errors. I"ve been waiting for my dog's heart meds for6 days now and I paid next day delivery. Every reason why they state it has not arrived isn't the case but they just keep rattling off these reasons why they are not at fault. IMPOSSIBLE, FRUSTRATING! Its not treats people on the phone, ITS HEART MEDICATION! NEVER AGAIN

Answer: PetPlus is a scam. You pay $50 a year and pay top dollar if you use your local pharmacy! Stay away. Go on goodrx.com and save money and $50 membership!
