I was contacted by Christina Flores to verify an address. She then pitched membership. At first I was quite reluctant, but she explained the economics of membership, and essentially for only a few dollars I would have the opportunity to save significant sums during the year. I did sign up for a one-year membership. And then she helped me with passwords. She was quite patient and informative. I understand that I have to be vigilant and decide myself whether in one year I want to continue membership. If I do nothing, then membership will automatically renew. Will I remember? I'll let you know in one year.
Christina handled everything and did the proper research to figure out what was wrong and she did so quickly and efficiently and corrected my account balance to reflect my membership so it was a superb customer service experience. She cleaned up my account so I'm all set for the future. Thank you Christina!

Not only was Cristina Flores professional and knowledgeable she made my process easy! I signed up two dogs and spent less for 1 years worth of sentinel than I would have if I went to petmeds.com. I would recommend PetCare Rx and Ms. Flores to everyone!

Be very careful when you order medication from this company. They will claim you signed up for a membership when you placed your order (cannot provide proof) and then charge your credit card the next year without your consent! What a scam! When you call, they will pick up if they think you are ordering but just try to get to membership. Indefinite hold...

Thank you Stephanie, It was great doing business with you today. Also I read some of the reviews and would just like to say, regarding the FDA grain free tizzy! Grain Free dog food does not GIVE dogs heart failure, read the report correctly, a lack of Taurine does. Saying grain free dog food GIVES a dog heart failure is miss leading. Its very complicated and unless you understand the science behind it you should not make inflammatory statements. Some dog are genetically predisposed to low taurine levels Some grain free foods are fine some dogs are fine, You Know, Not every body that eats Bacon is going to die of heart disease. Its complicated.

My little pup was recently diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure and I needed 2 Rxs (Vetmedin and Furosemide). I searched another company's website and their Vetmedin was out of stock. My pup had only enough meds given at the vet office to last a week, so I needed these meds ASAP. Upon a quick online search I found PetCareRx and was pleased to see they had the meds in stock.
I placed the order and also joined the PetPlus program as it surely appears to offer future savings. Each representative I spoke with was very knowledgeable, professional and above all else... courteous. I also had a detailed question about the Rxs, storing temperatures, etc. Since I became a PetPlus member, they put me in touch with their "Ask a Vet" department and my questions were answered efficiently and effectively.
I believe good customer service is incredibly important and PetCare Rx representatives were all top notch. My most recent communication was with Peggie Johnson and she was outstanding! Thank you PetCareRx for offering excellent products, pricing and customer service!
**Update: Took my pup to the cardiologist today and she added 2 more Rxs to our regimen. Called PetCareRx and spoke to Aaliya and she informed me that since the new medications are available at human pharmacies that I could take the paper scripts right to my regular pharmacy and it would be billed directly through my PetPlus program. What a convenience! Once again... OUTSTANDING customer service today while speaking with Aaliya!

I was really not interested in signing up in the beginning, but Andrew made some very good points. I have been spending an arm and a leg at Banfield for medications and it will be wonderful to save some money.

Understood my predicament when my Bichons unexpectedly moved up a weight class and I had to order the correct tick and flea med although I still had most of my previous order for their previous weight. Worked with me on the price. That's why I'm a long-time customer!

Received a call the day after I put in the order, some clarification was provided since I filled out the request in correctly. Oneika talked me through the reorder process and suggest the PetRX membership and the advantages of it. It saved me 35 dollars that day which was more than the cost of the membership. She also set everything for me on auto pay and when we will receive the medicine each month. She was terrific.

They called the day after I ordered and shipped out the meds right away. They are half the price of my vet. Andrew Singer was extra nice on the phone. He let me know that the membership would save me money now and it can be refunded if I don't make enough money back on it. I only wish they carried more medications that my cat needs.

There was a problem with my account that required cancellation of an order and, after we talked, she immediately went to work to stop the shipment and reverse the charge to my credit card.
