I ordered a few toy ducks for my dog and unfortunately I received a product that looks completely different than what was advertised. I sent my dedicated rep, Michelle, an email for assistance with the order and she was the best! There was no back-and-forth - she immediately processed a refund for me and is even going to make sure the photos on the product page are updated. I wish everyone was this understanding and thorough. Andrew is a pleasure to order my baby's medication from. He went above and beyond to get every detail necessary to insure I was ordering the proper dosage for her weight and height. He helped me save a whole lot of money on my prescriptions. I would honestly recommend PetCareRx to any one who has pets. Not only for medication, they also have quality pet food. Andrew Singer gave me a call post initial order. He explained how ordering rx meds worked and what I could expect. He also told me about a savings opportunity and was not pushy in the least. He was patient through my indecisiveness and looked up savings on regularly purchased products to assist me in whether a membership plan was truly going to be worth it for me in the end. At a time when finding meds and dog food I needed was difficult, I was able to get them at PetCareRx. I had made a mistake and needed my initial order canceled. Andrew Singer called to confirm the change and explained the benefits of purchasing a membership to Petplus. Not only did I receive a discount membership for both of my boxers, but I also received an added discount on the meds I needed for my boxer, Sadie. The fact that I won't lose money buying the membership makes this a win-win.

I received a followup call from Andrew Singer shortly after placing my first order. He was very helpful in explaining the process for prescriptions and what to expect. My cat has congestive heart failure and needs a couple harder to find medicines and your site had both.

Recently, I ordered some meds for my 17 year old dog that allow her to eat blended food without throwing it up. Knowing that her time was imminent, we unfortunately had to put her down over the weekend. But for the meds that had not been opened, they allowed me to return them. I'm so grateful for that as we have spent a lot on this dog to keep her comfortable until her time came.

I have a cat with special needs and normally get my things through Amazon, but found out that switching to a wholesaler will save a lot of money. Your representative Ashley delivered the worst service I have ever received from this company! I ordered dog food through PetCare RX that has no tracking number, so yesterday I called PetCare Rx and spoke with a very helpful and friendly representative. She called Royal Canin to ask if my dog's food was shipped, and said to the best of her understanding it was? I am worried because if my dog does not receive this food she will poop straight blood, so making sure she has her food is of the utmost importance. This woman Ashley was rude and would not allow me the opportunity to speak with a manager to help me with my issue. I spend an enormous amount of money with your company and this was by far the worst experience. Your representative found my urgency and concern over this issue funny as she laughed at me and hung up the phone! I guess Ashley needs to be reminded how lucky she is to have a job that most don't even have in a troubling time like what the country is facing.

Answer: PetPlus is a scam. You pay $50 a year and pay top dollar if you use your local pharmacy! Stay away. Go on goodrx.com and save money and $50 membership!
