Was contacted by Andrew regarding my recent pet meds order for my dog. He was most helpful informing me the order was processed and to explain how I could receive additional discounts on the order. This incentive turned out to be a great advantage to lowering the cost of the meds!
I was introduced to PetCareRx by our vet. They normally carry a medication our dog uses daily. When I requested the refill I was told the medication was on back order.' They told me to try here. Indeed, PetCareRx had the medication in stock for at a cost less than our vet. They also had a promo code for free shipping.
After setting up the account and submitting my order I was contacted by Andrew S who said he was a case manager. He had a lot of valuable information and, ultimately, I registered for the annual savings plans. I also received an email after my vet faxed in the prescription stating the order had been approved and the medication is being shipped.

My OOT son was staying w/ us due to the COVID pandemic, and needed heartworm pills for his pup. I ordered some from Pet Rx and rec'd an e-mail later that day, that we needed a Rx from his Vet. (not unreasonable). So he called his OOT Vet who e-mailed him the Rx but we were told by a service rep on PetRx that it must be hand mailed. RIDICULOUS, especially during the COVID pandemic! I am a physician and can electronically ERx medications, and yet PetCareRx insists on snail-mail for Pets Rxs? I will buy all future pet needs at my local pet store. Jennifer R, MD

We wish we were able to accept electronic prescriptions from customers however Pharmacy Board Law regulations do not allow this and do require us to have the original signed copy from customers to fulfill orders if the veterinarians office is not willing to provide a verbal or faxed authorization. We understand your frustration and are sorry there is nothing further we can do in this case.

I am absolutely amazed at this company, everyone I had the pleasure of talking and dealing with this morning were a great help and for the first time in the last 19 years of ordering my Pets supplies and Meds did I feel that I have found a home. I have never had anyone call and inquire and offer any special deals. They made me feel that my business was important to them.

When the largest online Pet Pharmacy failed to notify me that my dog's medication was on backorder for 3 weeks, I found PetCareRx had the meds and could ship that day... what a relief... Andrew S provided great service by taking extra steps to make sure my Kate would have her meds in a few days, not a few weeks.

First of all I found it very easy to navigate the site. I am unable to get my dogs prescription due to the Caronavirus, my vet asked that we use online service and I'm so glad I found Petcarerx. I got a very friendly and helpful call from Andrew, a Petcarerx rep after I placed my order, to let me know they would be contacting my veterinarian and that the order would be on its way. We set up easy monthly delivery, and I saved lots of money. It's great!

Outstanding experience with PetCareRx. I contacted Petco last week to fill the same script as PetCareRx. I was told the medication for my dog would arrive within 2-5 days. Called them after waiting a full week & was informed they will not have the medication for 3+ weeks. No one sent an email or called me to inform me of this problem. PetCareRx was totally different. I received a call from Andrew not even 24 hours after ordering the product. He walked me thru the process and I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with him and his quality of Customer Service. He is a pro. Things happen for a reason! Scale of 1-10 I would rate PetCareRx a solid 10 so far; have not received the medication for my dog yet but, very satisfied with his attention to detail.

I called at the end of the day to get an order for the last refill of Metronidazole processed and shipped for our dog.
Knowing the virus likely has the employees working from home or laid off, I expected a bit of a wait. I think my wait was about 4 mins. But as the saying goes, "Good Things Come to Those Who Wait." And it was good, because I was connected with a very professional, courteous, sincere and friendly service person in Peggie Johnson. She got right down to business checking the system for my account, outstanding scripts and did her due diligence to get me to consider a membership without being too pushy. If I owned a business, I would want this person working for me. SHE is an asset and makes PetCareRx look awesome. I will say my past experience has been fine, but not as pleasant or professional. So kudos for the great service and care I received. And yes, I did purchase a membership.

In an age when most businesses really don't care about customers ( especially online businesses)because they can just replace you with the next customer. Answer: PetPlus is a scam. You pay $50 a year and pay top dollar if you use your local pharmacy! Stay away. Go on goodrx.com and save money and $50 membership!

Answer: It's trustworthy, a prescription is needed, but dealing with medications taking forever to ship, or having some type of issue with refills has been a continued problem. That is the most frustrating thing about this company.
