I was new to the online pet medication process but this has been so easy and with their coordination with my Vet and the call back to make sure the medication was correct and approved, I appreciated all the help.
They sent the medicine and it was suppose to be here 4 days ago, I contacted UPS and they said contact the seller. The seller (Petcarerx) says I have to wait another week before they can do a reship. Meanwhile my cat is suffering! Terrible! Will not be using them again!

Shipping generally does take 3-7 business days, while usually its on the lower end recently given current COVID circumstances it has been taking the longer timeframe of up to 7 business days. Your pets health is our top concern and if the package is not delivered to you by the 7th business day you can contact us so we can get another package out immediately to you.
We are super excited to be using PetcareRX. We have 3 dogs, 2 of which have significant health needs. Their pricing on food and prescriptions is going to save us a bunch! They called me personally and walked me through how this will benefit all 3 of my dogs to be a part of their PetPlus plan.

I have honestly never been more appalled by a company. My dog requires a prescription and it is most convenient for me to get it mailed to me due to my work schedule. I also get it through PetCareRX because this is what my pet insurance covers.
However the past 3 out of 5 times I have ordered his medication online, I have promptly received an email stating that I need to call their customer service line before being they were willing to send his medicine.
EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I call they end up trying to sell me on their "PetPlus" membership "discount" plan on their website. They refuse to send his medication until I call. It's not because of a billing issue or because of an issue with his medication. They are just trying to sell me their "discount plan". I have stated repeatedly that I have no interest in this plan and I just want the medicine and they continue to force me to call them.
Beyond the annoyance and persistence of constantly being asked to join their PetPlus plan, if you look into the cost difference between their membership pricing and standard pricing at other retailers (Chewy, Petsmart, Petco)... it's STILL MORE EXPENSIVE TO GET THE ITEMS THROUGH PETCARERX.
AND THEN beyond my two issues stated above, they spam call me every other month... trying to get me to join their useless, senseless, over priced discount plan.
I am so over this company.

During this national crises I turned to no-line ordering as much as possible. I originally ordered thru Chewy as it is most commonly known but found that (1) they didn't have what I wanted and (2) shipment was delayed. I turned to PetCareRx as I used them once a long long time ago, and instantly found what I needed (easy website), ordered and on the last order, received it within days (48 hrs) with no shipping costs! Love it and have already been recommending to others who were completely unaware and only used Chewy!

PetCareRx is wonderful. My dog Buck has a prescription drug he takes daily and will take for the rest of his life. I was having to go to the Vet every month to get the prescription refilled as they would not refill for more than 30 days at a time. It was not convenient at all because of both location and how busy their office always is. Then I found PetCareRx and it has been fantastic. They are so nice to work with. Everything was SOOO easy to set up and now I don't have to do anything or even think about it. The refill shows up in the mail automatically every month. Especially now with the added stress of Covid in our lives. I don't even have to leave the house! Thank you PetCareRx!

I received a call from Cristina Flores regarding my dog's upcoming auto ship. She asked me about the PetRx wholesale program and I told her why I cancelled that. She explained to me how the shipping process worked which had never been explained to me by anyone even when I called inquiring about my shipment. My representative was Andrew and he is very good at his job. I have not been able to get my fur baby Scrappy his heart meds until my niece found PetCareRx. Got a phone call from Andrew went over my order, said order was being filled, then said they were out of the medication. Andrew went over things with me and said he would call me tomorrow. Got an email saying the order was filled and would be on the way.

My rep was Cathy. Addinisio. She telephoned me after I placed the order to confirm things. She was most pleasant and very helpful. She explained the membership to me. I told her I did not feel that I would benefit because the costs was too high for two dogs. She was able to give me a multi dog discount on the order in addition to a discount on the membership. This became a no brainier. Every time I use them now, I will get a 25% discount

It was a pleasure ordering from petcare rx. Andrew Singer, called me shortly after i placed an order for my dogs medication. Explained to me the benefits about becoming a member and it was a no brainer since the meds I ordered for my dog has to be for the rest of her life and I got it significantly cheaper than anywhere else I've seen. I also am going to start purchasing her food from them as well, since it's more than 50% cheaper here! Thank you for making it such a pleasure and so convenient to get my dog the stuff she needs.

I had a great experience when recently calling PetCareRX. We've been members of Pet Plus for years so when I had trouble finding a vet-recommended supplement online, I called PetCareRX for info on special order and discounted price. CSR Cathy Addonisio took immediate action to research an apparent backlog in production and was able to give me an informed estimate on future availability. Cathy took initiative on all of this and provided me with rapid email confirmation, such that I did not waste my time or risk my dog's health with needless delay. All interactions were very pleasant and Cathy seemed eager to address all my concerns. Thank you again!

Got a call to let me know my package had shipped, which was great because I didn't know if there would be any difficulty getting the rx info from my vet. Not only was it all handled and on its way, Andrew recognized the meds as indicative of a chronic liver situation and did the math to demonstrate the value of a Pet Plus enrollment for my dog. I spoke with Andrew today and was happy with how informative he was and appreciate how understand he was. The company as a whole gets two thumbs up. When I couldn't find my dogs medication on our vets local site, this site was quick moving and got my dog her medication in a timely manner. I will continue to use them for all my animals.
