VERY DEPENDABLE!

This is not the first time that I've written a review for pecare RX. I've been using them probably since 2005 if not before and they have never disappointed me with regard to anything I've ever purchased from them. They are an excellent company and their customer service representatives are outstanding. It means a lot when you have a dog that is aging and sick and they can relate to you when you speak to them and they actually understand how quickly you need the medication for a dog that lives on it. Without mentioning names, I ordered canine adequan from "another company" and they are very unreliable and after an ongoing problem with them which lasted about a week, I have decided to get this product from Only from Pet Care RX. I just literally got off the phone with the representative Ayesha and she was genuinely nice and caring and I can't thank her enough for her outstanding customer service. The item that I needed was in stock (as it always is) from their company and she was nice enough to even ask me if I would have enough to get me through until my dogs next injection. When you have a pet that is ill, getting his medication on time is imperative. Speaking to Ayesha was like a breath of fresh air as is all of the customer service representatives that work at this company. They take pride in offering the most outstanding service and I cannot thank them enough. Keep up the good work. We APPRECIATE YOU! More than you can imagine.

The Website is difficult to maneuver, I cannot find anywhere to cancel my account online to do this and this will be the 2nd year that they have charged a $100 membership fee to me, no notification, it's just something that magically appears on my CC statement each year. I called the service number last year to cancel my account and thought I had this taken care of but to my displeasure I was again charged for membership which I have not used for any purchases for 2 years. Called the phone number for customer service and of course received the typical message stating "all are operators are currently busy" which really means "we're currently understaffed"... so... they give you an option to leave your call-back number which I did and to no surprise, no one called me back. Unfortunately I have to cancel my credit card so that I don't get charged again next year... this is a great concept, its just a shame that their customer service would be so unprofessional.

I haven't actually received my first order yet, so I guess I might be getting ahead of myself, but so far the process has gone well. The website was easy to use, they had the prescription cat food I wanted, the price was reasonable. I like that I just had to put down the name of my vet and they do the work of getting it approved by our vet. That was all done really fast, and now the order is on it's way. Andrew Singer called me today and the main point of his call was obviously to try to upgrade to their Wholesale deal, which costs money but since I plan on this being a repeat order, it makes sense as a way to save money over time, so I didn't see any reason not to. He is clearly a salesperson and probably is expected to upgrade customers to Wholesale, but he was polite and personable I didn't feel unduly pressured or anything. I get the impression that if any problems arise in the future with an order or with my vet, they are a company who will strive to provide good customer service.

Firstly, Andrew was phenomenal. Professional, knowledgeable and respectful.
I had just returned from PetSmart and spent $181.00 on wet and dry Science diet dog food and Andrew went through the pricing with me and I could have saved $40 (total) if I was a member of Petcare Rx. I signed up immediately, hard to pass this up!

Great experience

Cristina Flores was the person who help me. I had many questions & concerns and she was very patient, helpful and took the time to answer all my questions. Also, toexplained to me how to save money for having 4 pets and 3 having health issues.
I usually use chewy but now I will change to petcare rx. Very helpful and competitive pricing. Thank you Christina for all your help.

As a petcarerx member, I have been using this company for most of my pets meds for some time. They always have great customer service, but today, I had EXCEPTIONAL service from Theresa Robinson. She was helpful, efficient, friendly, professional and the connection was crystal clear. I felt so valued, it was unreal. Great job!
Petcarerx membership has been an affordable solution to purchase the meds our allergy-prone German Shepherd requires. The only thing that could be improved is the speed of shipping. As a member, it is free, but usually takes a full week. I would love to see 3 day shipping included with membership. Otherwise I have been pleased with petcarerx and although the annual membership is $99/yr, we save more than that annually. If you are just needing heartworm and flea/tick meds, I believe it is more cost-effective to pass on membership. Also, we do have to purchase our Duoxo shampoo elsewhere. Petcarerx does not carry every item we rely on. Yet. All in all, I highly recommend petcarerx.

It was a bit hard to get ahold of a rep via email or live chat, but I was able to speak to a rep on the phone. My shipment got lost in transit and he was nothing but helpful in getting me a replacement overnighted at no extra cost. They also have a great program that someone getting monthly shipments can take advantage of. Overall, I've had a great experience with this company and would recommend others.

When you have a sick dog and you need meds, you need meds and you need them soon. Lambert gets them to me immediately. This place - I'm sorry I ever ordered from them. It is taking forever. I purchased a membership for two dogs and will probably try to cancel. Pricing isn't everything - service is. The only aggressive service was sales. But the rest? Bleh.
