Had a great conversation with Andrew when he called and followed up regarding my order. He gave me good info without pushing any extras, allowing me to decide what was best for me money wise. I hope to continually have great experiences as a new member.
Cathy called me after I had placed an order. I thought she was calling because I had made a mistake on the order. But, no. She was calling to tell me how much I could save if I joined the Pet Plus program. I had read about the program on the webpage, but was not willing to invest $99 in membership at this time. Budget woes, and I told her that was my problem. She listened and was patient and then explained to me that the current % off sale applied to the membership fee, too. Taking membership for this year down to a reasonable fee (about $35). I appreciated her willingness to listen to my concerns and explaining away my misunderstanding that the membership was on sale, too. Good deal, eh?

My sweet 140lb St. Bernard Sophie is incontinent, sadly. She is my grandchildren's favorite puppy at 7yrs old. She has been on Incurin for several months now and it has saved my bedroom carpet, thank goodness. When I was informed that her meds were out of stock I panicked and began searching the web for a reliable pharmacy because she can not be without this medication. PetCareRx was the Only service (of 7 I checked with along with my vets office) that had the meds in stock. Cathy has been a very thorough and compassionate representative when we've spoke on the phone and I'm sticking with PetCareRx for all of my pups (4) Medication needs.

My dog's (14 year old husky) medicine never got to my house. It was lost in the mail and we only had a couple of his pills left. I called customer service and was linked with Ms. Peggie Johnson who was AMAZING. I can't say that enough. She was happy and her good mood was infectious as she expedited more medicine to my old man. I have one less thing to worry about because of her quick response and reassurances. Is there a way to always be connected to a specific customer service rep? As for the reason of my call: We rescued/adopted a sweet 2 year old chihuahua a few months back & the foster mom had the shelter vet order all her pet meds through PetCareRx. I spoke with Andrew who provided excellent service. He actually called me to discuss best options from a financial point of view. He also spent as much time as was needed to go through all different types of foods, as well as prescription plans. I was very pleased with the service I received.

My doggie's meds were shipped right away, however, they were never delivered and appear to be "lost in the mail"! It is imperative he takes this every day, so I reached out to Cristina Flores and she immediately placed a replacement order for me with free expedited shipping! I ordered 2 meds for my 11 year old dog, the vet accidentally rejected one of them. It took me two plus weeks and speaking to about a dozen agents via phone, email and chat. I was at the end of my rope until I spoke to Ashley R. Ashley was patient and kind and was the only person who seemed to WANT to help. Thanks to Ashley, I will come back and give this site another shot!

It just isn't worth the savings.
I had an issue a few months ago- called three times within a 2 week period. Every time I called, I was told a manager would call me back and I never received a call back, hence calling in 3 times. I ended up giving up, but I'm sure that's their plan- I doubt they even have managers there- just people who are told to tell us that there's nothing they can do and a manager will call. Well, I came into another issue last week- I called in and am told the same thing. 6 days later I call back and wait 42 minutes to even speak with someone- I spend another 30-40 minutes on the phone with this girl- same thing, but promises I'll receive an email with a return label today- it's midnight and I've received nothing. I pay $180/year for the membership and they don't deserve my business or anyone else's. I'm canceling the membership, even though it's saved me a bit overtime- just not worth the hassle and stress.

Answer: PetPlus is a scam. You pay $50 a year and pay top dollar if you use your local pharmacy! Stay away. Go on goodrx.com and save money and $50 membership!

Answer: It's trustworthy, a prescription is needed, but dealing with medications taking forever to ship, or having some type of issue with refills has been a continued problem. That is the most frustrating thing about this company.
