I ordered my dogs vet approved royal Canin as I have been doing for the last 6 months. TWO WEEKS GO BYE AND NO DOG FOOD SHOWS UP! I CALL THEM TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON. THEY FINALLY WIND UP SENDING ME THE FOOD ABOUT 17 DAYS LATER WITH NO APOLOGY! THEN TWO SMALLER BAGS OF DOG FOOD ARRIVED WHIICH I DID NOT ORDER! I ASSUMED THAT THIS WAS A CUSTOMER GOOD WILL FOR SCREWING MY DOGS DIET UP! 3 WEEKS GO BYE AND I GET HIT FOR A $125 DOLLARS FOR THE FOOD I DID NOT ORDER! THEY ACTUALLY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT MY APPROVAL! THE SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER ASSUMED NO LIABILITY AND OFFERED NO APOLOGY FOR THE LATE DOG FOOD AND UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES! I HAVE CANCELED THIS ACCOUNT AND ALSO REPORTED THE CHARGE AS FRAUD! FOLKS IF YOU ALLOW THEM ACCESS TO YOUR CREDIT CARD THEY WILL USE IT WITHOUT APPROVAL! Before I was contacted by Andrew singer at pet Care RX, I was very frustrated because I could not get in touch was a real human being at the vet website recommended by my veterinarian. I was trying to refill an order for some special diet dog food, and I had received an email telling me the next shipment would be delayed due to a manufacturer shortage. When I called the company, I was kept in a revolving voicemail cycle and never transferred to an operator even though I kept pressing 0. Then I decided to send an email to an address that had been given to me by the company to see if I could get a status. This was three or four hours ago and I still have not received a reply to that email. Imagine my surprise after I found the same dog food on pet Care RX and place my order I got a call from a human being named Andrew Singer. Due to the pandemic, I have waited as long as an hour on hold waiting for a customer service rep to respond to my call because things are overloaded. Having a real person reach out to me to assist was a treasure today. Andrew answered all of my questions very patiently and we are just waiting for my veterinarian to approve the prescription diet. Meanwhile I still haven't heard back from the other online vet website. Thank you for providing excellent customer service!

As a veterinarian, I do not carry all meds and will rx them out to online pharmacies. I have tried 5 and they all were slow, some took up to a month to get the med to a client(including my own pets) and that was unacceptable. I have been using PetCareRx 2 weeks now and they consistently answer the phone, quickly approve my Rx's, and ship right away. Prices are competitive, so no more looking here and there for the best price. I spoke to Andrew, who was very professional and knew his S**, to be blunt, but most reps I've spoken to at other pharmacies seem disorganized and don't understand their company's process. My transactions with PetCareRx have thusfar been seamless.

They advertise certain foods but deliver the wrong food and will not issue a refund. They have pictures online of the right food but the stuff they send is not the same and is different from the one pictured that I ordered. I wanted to send it back but they would not issue a return slip. I donated it to a cat rescue and told them they said that was fine but I still have no refund from them. I would not buy from them again. I will always buy from Chewy's they are the best at customer service. These people suck!

I realized this morning that I needed to order flea & tick meds for my 2 dogs plus needed to add my 2nd dog to my membership. I was on hold for a long time so I worried that the customer service rep may not be happy since they are so busy. Well thankfully Peggie Johnson answered & she was truly cheerful & helpful! She happily added my 2nd dog, made sure the Rx requests were correct AND she even entered the order to give me the most savings. I will continue to use petcarerx for my dogs' needs.

So I made my first order and received a voicemail the next day to discuss it. Andrew left his direct phone # and I was able to reach him on the first try. He worked out a resolution to my original prescription on back order and saved me some money. So far pretty good service. I'll update if there's any issues later.

Peggy Johnson is a delight and called me back to tell me she took care of everything. I was low on my dogs medication because I forgot to order it when I placed another order yesterday. I asked her to call her pharmacy and ask them to call my vet directly and not fax the prescription over. She called your pharmacy and followed back with me that they did call my vet directly. My first time ordering two prescriptions was delayed because the vet was extremely slow and incompetent. They needed several requests by Andrew Singer and myself to get the prescriptions authorized, it was very frustrating. Andrew was very patient and understanding with me too, especially before I knew the delay was the vet's fault. Once they approved their own prescriptions to PetCareRx they were immediately shipped and in my hands the next day. I was also offered a discount on the yearly plan and think it will save me substantially. Thanks again, I'll reorder in a couple months!

I kinda screwed up and thought I done something wrong online, and so called customer service and the sweetest lady named Peggy talked me through everything, very kind and so polite. Answer: PetPlus is a scam. You pay $50 a year and pay top dollar if you use your local pharmacy! Stay away. Go on goodrx.com and save money and $50 membership!

Answer: It's trustworthy, a prescription is needed, but dealing with medications taking forever to ship, or having some type of issue with refills has been a continued problem. That is the most frustrating thing about this company.
