I want to Thank whomever hired the salesperson, Peggy Johnson, for my order #A*******. She is a complete and total ASSET to your company. She is my HERO. She guided me through every aspect of the process, educated me on what would save me money going forward and assisted me with grace and dignity far beyond any customer service representative i have ever contacted, anywhere! She should be the Director of Training for your company because she was just AMAZING! She deserves any bonus you can give her because she is an fabulous employee and if i had a business i would steal her from you and make her the Director of Human Resources to ensure that the rest of my employees meet her Standard.! When my order for puppy meds had not been delivered, (despite tracking links indicated it had—how can this even happen?), PetCareRx, and specifically Michelle M, promptly responded to my emails, started investigating, and sent out a replacement order. I'm a new customer of theirs and so impressed how promptly, thoroughly, and courteously they solved this problem. They've made a fan of me!

I called to get my beloved dog's name off the records because he went to Dog Heaven two months ago. I was blessed to get Peggie on the phone. She was so kind, thoughtful, encouraging and sweet that she made my day! She took all the information I gave her about my new rescue and was very competent, patient, and bright. I ordered some meds for my dog but they never came. I called 5 different times (enduring long wait times on each call) and was told someone would get back to me, that the product would be sent. No product, and no call back. Ever. I finally contacted someone to request a refund and a total withdrawal from their program. I'm hoping I'll get the refund, but I have no faith that I will!

We have been members of PetCareRx for the past year and have been very pleased with the products and service. I have had several occasions where I needed to contact Customer Service, and each time, the experience has been a positive one. The Customer Service agents, such as Cathy whom I spoke with today, are all knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. My questions were answered to my satisfaction, and I am pleased to renew our membership for another year.

I perchance heart worm chewable pills for my dog. I received an email saying that it was delivered on the 21st. Checked the mail that day and a couple days later and still nothing. I called customer service of pertcarerx, and the lady said that I should reach out to USPS. Well feel she could have done a better job, since I did perchance the product from pertcarerx. I guess I can always call my bank and get my money back.

Ordered specialty food 7/29, never rcv'd, sent email, told unavailable, hold on account would be released. Checked account that was charged and was credited 8/3. No email or call stating this just email asking me to join their yearly club.

I found PetCareRx with a simple google search. I needed to order a large amount of dog bones for my company. Before processing the order, Cristina Flores was kind enough to call me and let me know that there was an unlimited pet program I could sign up for that would save me lots of money on my first order. I really appreciate the honesty of this company in saving me money (they could have easily just ran my payment and processed the order). Thank you to Cristina and everyone at PetCareRx. I called to clarify a price 'discrepancy' on a previous order, and Peggy politely explained that the price was correct. I went back to the page and realized that I was mistaken. Then Peggy suggested I add another pet on to their discount program, especially since it was on sale. I agreed. Shortly thereafter I got an email from Peggy letting me know that their system had charged me full price for the membership. She refunded the difference to my card before I even knew there was a problem. Great job, Peggy!

Answer: PetPlus is a scam. You pay $50 a year and pay top dollar if you use your local pharmacy! Stay away. Go on goodrx.com and save money and $50 membership!

Answer: It's trustworthy, a prescription is needed, but dealing with medications taking forever to ship, or having some type of issue with refills has been a continued problem. That is the most frustrating thing about this company.
