Ms. Peggy Johnson was absolutely right on in representing your company. I wanted a green dog bed, only the neutral colored one was showing and she said she would check with New York. The green one was in stock so it is now at my P. O. Could not ask for better service. Very friendly, efficient and a joy to speak with.

First order & they called to truly explain the PetPlus program which made 100% more sense when talked about than on the website the Cust services rep (Andrew) took his time with me & went over everything. It made a world of difference and if I don't save for a year they write a check for the difference. It's a no brainer! They were completely professional, courteous and actually nice to talk with. I highly recommend trying this company and their PetPlus program.

I was trying to do a price comparison yesterday and decided to have PetCareRx call me back since the wait time was said to be long. No one called me back. So I called again today and got Peggie. I am so happy I got her on the other end of the phone! She was able to reset my login email since I couldn't login to my account, she then updated my Autoship meds with my new vet, and then helped me understand the Pet Plus program again (I was a member and didn't know it!). She put a smile on my face that is still there 3 hours later. Thanks so much, Peggie!

This was my first time ordering from PetCare Rx and I made a mistake when I placed my order online. Peggie was first and foremost very friendly and professional. She was able to correct my mistake and told me about the special they were having on the membership fee. Guess it was a good thing I called in! Peggie saved me more money and she was absolutely lovely to work with!

My dog has very specific dietary needs and when my vet ran low on her food, I was lucky enough to find PetCareRX on line. Not only did they carry the product we needed, they charged me less per case than my vet. But wait, it gets better... a couple of days after my most recent order, I was contacted by Andrew, one of the PetCareRX staff, offering me a membership in their Plus program. After much writing, chatting and haggling, a very patient Andrew worked with me and helped make my joining a real advantage. Thank you PetCareRX for having the food my dog needs and thank you Andrew for taking the time to make sure I got the best deal. Five stars!

Answer: PetPlus is a scam. You pay $50 a year and pay top dollar if you use your local pharmacy! Stay away. Go on goodrx.com and save money and $50 membership!

Answer: It's trustworthy, a prescription is needed, but dealing with medications taking forever to ship, or having some type of issue with refills has been a continued problem. That is the most frustrating thing about this company.
