Very easy to navigate the site and great dresses to choose from

Similar to what has been said by other reviewers, the return policy for this business is terrible. I wish I had read reviews other than those on the site itself before purchasing. My items did not fit and I asked to return them. I was offered to keep the items and receive a partial refund (initially 25% of what I paid for the items, which they increased to 50% when I pushed back). Since I did not want the items, it was of no use to keep them and only receive a partial refund. Their website states that the items can be sent back and a refund received (minus shipping fees); however, when I asked to send back my items I was told that they don't currently provide shipping labels. In addition, the quality of the materials and construction are cheap. Their styles are cute, but if you do not like the items or they do not fit, then buyer beware!

Easy to navigate site, received email asking if I had gotten the shipment or not (appreciated this!), nice packaging of dresses, dresses are satisfactory!

Petallush Customer Service reached out to me to see if I had received my dress. When I responded that I had not and that the tracking number did not seem to be valid, they researched where my package was and updated me.

This company has he absolute worst customer service! Their return policy states to contact customer service for a return. Which I did. Then I receive an email asking what the problem was and if I would keep the items (THAT I STATED DO NOT FIT) for 1/3 what I paid. After replying that that was completely UNACCEPTBLE, I get another reply asking if I would keep the items for 1/2 the cost or get a "gift card" for my full price to order more. THIS IS A COMPLETE JOKE AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! If a customer is unsatisfied with the fit of the items, do the right thing and give them their refund! I have sent a total of 4 emails requesting a return label and my refund. I AM OUTRAGED AT THE THIS POINT!

I have not seen my dress yet. So my experience is not very good

I ordered three dress from this website and waited a month for them to come in. When they did, the quality of the dresses were TERRIBLE. They were cheaply made, didn't fit measurements, and were practically see-through. When I emailed customer service to ask for a full return/refund, they let me know a few days later that they do not issue returns. I let them know that I did not want to keep the dresses, and that I wanted a full refund for them, but instead they said I could keep the dresses and that they would give me half of the price of the merchandise. I accepted their offer, since they hadn't given me any other options. It's been a week since that email was sent to me and I have yet to receive the refund. Had I known their return policy was this complicated, I would not have ordered. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from this website any more.

Our apartment # was left off our address, so delivery was delayed and only happened after catching the postman a few days later. I ordered an XL size and it is still a little snug, especially in the sleeves.

Ordered 4 items and only 1 item fit. The midi-dresses were too long so I requested return information. It took several emails and several days to receive return instructions. Petallush kept making offers of partial refunds and letting me keep the merchandise. I didn't want to keep clothing I will not wear. They will not reimburse me for shipping the merchandise to me and I had to pay $23 to ship the items back. Very dissatisfied with the difficulty and expense of working with Petallush.

Love the layout of your site, was able to find a nice dress for my granddaughter.

Worse quality, customer service, and return policy than SHEIN but for triple the cost! The dress was being advertised to me constantly so I bit the bullet and spent the $60. It took two weeks to arrive, and it's a different color (yellowish instead of white), and looks like a loose Little House on the Prairie dress, not the fitted dress in the ad. (I ordered a small and am 5'3" 133lbs. Mediums tend to fit me well but wanted it fitted. It's a tent)

Trying to return it I had to comment on FB to get a response to my email (which is their return process). I've gotten two emails now haggling with me instead of just letting me return the dress. Never ever buying from them again!

Inexpensive, not equivalent to US sizes, cannot return for full price. Buyer responsible for shipping costs on returns but they try to make a deal and have you keep merchandise and give you 1/3 of the cost refunded. The dresses may work for petite teens but not for mature women. I am a size large and I ordered 2XL but they did not fit. Shoulders, bust way too small. Buyer beware. I think they are predatory and not ethical.

I purchased items from PetalLush.com and the order shipped and was received fine. The clothes themselves were of very poor quality, and items fit much more snug than average items that size — and even smaller than what their own size charts claim. So, naturally I wanted to return the items and get a refund, but I was met with what seemed to be a refusal to let me return the items. They haggled with me back and forth over email asking me to keep the items and they'll give me a partial refund instead. I said no, nothing fits right, I have no use for them, please let me know where to send them to begin the return process. They responded with, "sorry we're unable to provide return labels at this time, but if our other options don't work for you, we can refund you for half your order and you keep the items." The amount they quoted they'd refund me for half my order was short by $50, and It was so unprofessional their unwillingness to accept a return that abides by their own written return policy. I'm convinced all these positive reviews are fake and purchased, because there's no way with this kind of customer service that people are having a positive experience overall. I've started a dispute for the purchase with my card company, because Petal Lush is still unwilling to let me make a return via a label from them or purchasing a label myself. TERRIBLE COMPANY. TERRIBLE CLOTHING QUALITY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. STEER CLEAR!

Great dress choices I was very pleased with the many choices that I had and found shopping with Petallush very easy.

This almost feels like a scam. They sent me the wrong color of an item. I asked to return it along with another item that doesnt fit. They offered me $24 for the two items I paid $87.50 for. Alternatively they would give me $80 to spend in the store. I don't want any more of their clothes because the fabric is CHEAP polyester. No thank you, I'll pass. Do not buy from them!

Buyer Beware! Wish I had never placed order. They make returns impossible! Refund "offers" are a small fraction of what I paid!

Have not received items even though have been charged for them!
