Make sure you are generous with the sizes. I measured myself and picked the right size, but I should have picked the one size up. The delivery/shipping was prompt and fast. They only forgot my apartment number on the address.

Despite several emails to Customer Service I have received zero updates about my order after ten days. Wry disappointing.

My items didn't fit properly, so I emailed them to return the items and they are just hanging on to my money as if it were their own. I paid over $100.00 and they said we will give you $28.00 back. I finally got them to send me back $60.00 but they would not give me back all my money. Very very bad experience. Would not recommend anyone to buy off of their website.

There was a delay of a few days in tracking. It looks like it came from China which was concerning at first

It was nice and the swimsuits are cute. It was really comfortable but the bra padding was incredibly obvious so I'm returning it.

I bought dresses off their website for my bridesmaids to wear at my wedding. They sent me a dress in the wrong color and refused to refund the dresses, even though my wedding is now only weeks away and I am loosing hundreds of dollars.

This is the worst, least understanding customer service I have ever encountered. Their dresses look cheap too.

I have followed the website instructions about returning an item. I have not had any response to either of the two emails I sent, per the online directions. The dress is lovely, but two sizes smaller than the size chart indicates. I don't want to pay for an item that does not fit, and am frustrated that it seems as though the company is unwilling to honour their own Return Policy.

I plan to order more in the future. It arrived pretty quickly.

Their product was not as pictured on the website and then when I try to return their return process is lengthy, complicated and honestly scammy. They offer you all kinds of partial refunds or store credit but won't just give you your money back. I would never work with them again and don't trust the website based on their product descriptions.

I was looking for dresses to wear to a memorial service. This site popped up. I had never heard of them before so did do some research online to see if they were legit. It seemed so. I ordered on 6/8/23. Never received shipping information. I emailed them and was told it shipped on 6/11 and was given tracking information. The tracking is bogus. It hasn't been updated since 6/11 and it's now 6/17. Around 6/14 I received an email saying the product was delivered and how was my experience? I emailed them again saying I hadn't received it. They said not to worry that it was still on the way and usually takes 7-15 days. And sent the bogus tracking again. Since when does anything take that long for delivery anymore? Still waiting for the product. Also ready to send a dispute to PayPal should it not get here by the 29th. 15 days. Ridiculous.

Filters on site were great. Shipping was a bit slower than expected (2 weeks).

They do not honor their return policy. You have to send them an email and request a refund. They try to negotiate to keep product or get a credit and eventually they stop responding.

This was a fun way to shop. I can't wait to get the clothing. I like that it isn't polyester.now that I have the clothes, the cotton isn't high quality. I don't love them like I'd hoped.
