Everything is well organized and I'm loving the dresses

I ordered several dresses of the same size. Some dresses were true to size, some were way too big, and some were way too tight. Overall the sizing was very inconsistent and customer service was not helpful in the return process.

Despite looking adorable I broke out in hives over the majority of my body after wearing my new six dresses. When I contacted petallush to return the items since I am allergic to whatever chemicals they are adding to their 100% cotton I was told to send naked pics to prove it. I did and then after over a week of emails was told petal lush would not accept my return as I washed the dresses prior to wearing. They also claimed I was lying about the allergic reaction. They should have to disclose the chemicals they use prior to sale.

Tracking was never provided, post office said # was invalid

I ordered 4 dresses from petallush.com, all XS. I received the products, 2 fits ok, 2 of them are large. I couldn't return the dresses because they accept returns in 15 days. The products came from directly China with DHL, it is weird, too. Overall bad experience!

I bought a dress for my wedding shower event. I went to try it on and the zipper is completely broken and will not zip down. I worked and worked to get it to go down and it is faulty. I physically cannot wear it. I contacted the company and they stated they are unable to offer me a free return. I explained that I paid $40 for the dress plus $10 shipping. It will cost me another $10 to send it back because of their error, and It was not that I did not like it. It's that I can not wear it because it is broken. They again stated they would not give me a free return, but they will give me $10 ($10 on a $40 broken dress). Very disappointed with the integrity of this store. I have never wrote a review on any store before, but I am a huge review reader before I purchase online. I hope this review helps someone!

The dress is perfect and the size I always wear…but…way too tight across my chest. Everything else is great!

I received a dress that doesn't look anything like the picture. The quality was also poor. I followed their sizing chart but the dress was still way too small. The return/replacement policy is horrible. Not only do you have to pay for the return shipping yourself, they also DEDUCT the original shipping that they paid to send it to you originally. When all was said and done, I lost $18 on a $50 dress that I couldn't use just to return it. What a rip off!

To make a long story short, the dress we ordered was at least 2 sizes smaller than advertised and took forever to be delivered. When we finally got the dress and it didn't fit, I emailed the company to return it, they wanted to give me a $6 refund for a $30 dress and have me keep the dress (that nobody in my house or group of friends can use). So I decided to return it. They gave me the return address, and I paid $7 to mail it back to them. When they received it, they sent me an email stating that it was received outside of the 15-day return window and now they will only refund me $16. So, I paid $37.00 for a dress that was returned for $16. What a joke! Definitely will keep my money and not buy cheap dresses from this place again.

They quality of clothes is ridiculous. Very cheaply made, sent back both items with tags & they won't refund my money. Save you money & buy else where. This company is bogus

Okay so the dresses are decent quality but the shipping takes forever and if you have to return something you have to pay for the returns yourself. Two weeks after fed-ex successfully delivered my return I had yet to hear back about my refund so I emailed and got a response days later. They can't find it and somehow it's my fault. They only send one email reply a day in the early morning hours (like 3 am) and are now I won't get my refund. Totally horrid service and I will never buy from them again. Save yourself time and frustration and buy clothes somewhere else.
