This experience would have been just fine, only the dress did not fit. I used the charts provided and ordered accordingly – but it does not fit all, except for the sleeves. I was so sure that it would fit, that I did not request a return policy form and now I need one. If it is possible to receive that form, so I can return the dress, I would appreciate it. Also, the color of the dress was much darker when it arrived than it looked in the advertisement.

Would be nice to leave a positive review BUT my parcel was delivered without signature and I've never received the items. Perhaps the Company can send requesting signature. Very disappointed

I ordered two dress from this company. Neither of the dresses fit properly so I contacted them to return. They sent me and email stating that I needed to enclose a paper with the return number of the order and the dress numbers. I did that and sent the package off the the address they provided. I waited and waited for my credit card to be refunded. After a month my card was never refunded and then got compromised. I emailed them to ask how I could get a refund because my card was cancelled. They said they couldn't find my package do I would received nothing. I tracked down how it was shipped but still nothing. Then after email after email they refunded the card that I had cancelled telling me my bank would work it out. However, my bank can't do anything because the card had been cancelled because of fraudulent charges. Therefore, I am out 100. I would not buy from this company again. I would have been okay with store credit but for some reasont hey would not give it too me.

The dresses look nise, but I haven't tried them yet, when I'll receive it I'll rate you.The dress is ok but it has a brown stain on it. So I don't know if I'll able to wash it off. So I dont think Ill wear it. This was my first order and last..

They responded quickly and answered my questions, but the dress I ordered was too big and the white top I got was a yellowish cream color not white.

The dresses were very nice. I am very happy with them. Make sure you check thexsize chart. The shoulders were snug for me.

Right now; not so good. I keep asking for a return address because the dress is too small and I haven't received the address or a label to return the dress. Please do this as soon as possible.

I saw someone wearing this dress and it was soooo nice! She told me Petallush and I found the dress for me! But, then I got the dress, and it was different from the one I wanted. I look like a sack of potatoes in it! I am sending it back. I was sorely disappointed! AND I have to pay both shipping fees. I won't be able to use Petallush in the future. I can't afford it. Sad!

Was easy to order and came in a timely manner. Loved two of the three products.

I purchased a few dresses back in March. By the time I received my order, half of the dresses were missing. When I reached out to customer service they told me they wanted me to handle it with the post office. This has been a four month long nightmare. I am out $200 and petallush has not helped me at all. I would not order from them ever again. What I did receive was cheaply made and nothing like the pictures.

It took 3 or 4 times trying to get my payment method to work. Makes a person think maybe this site is not safe.
