For some reason the payment part was the hardest thing. I finally figured out a way to go through. I don't have PayPal and just wanted to use a credit card and it was so tricky. Took me four times to get it to go through.

If you try to return a dress, they try to entice you to not do so such as giving you $12 and you keep dress you do not want. Here is return instructions: Let us show you return instructions first:

1. All return items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original transparent packaging.
Please note that your returned product is required to be quality inspected after it is received in the warehouse.
Once the returned item has been detected as used or worn, we cannot issue a refund for it.
2. We currently are unable to offer a free returns service, so return shipping must be made at your own cost.
Remember to give us a tracking number within 7 days after you receive the return address we provided.
Otherwise, we are afraid that we will not accept returns and no refunds.
3. We are happy to refund the price of the item you returned (not including shipping fee as we had shipped it) after receiving the parcel and checking.
So, to ensure a successful return, please return using a standard shipping service that provides tracking.

If you ensure above return info, please write down the following info on a paper and put it in the return package.

I suspect they will find a way not to return my money.

Nearly all of reviews are about the offer of cute dresses and (mostly) positive shopping/ordering experience. No actual reviews of said "cute dresses" as customers are still waiting for their orders. Very fishy...

Didn't feel confident when I placed the order. I didn't pay with PayPal but that's who I received the order confirmation from. Skeptical when I received an email asking if I received my order and to contact customer service if I don't receive it in 24-48 hours. Reviews weren't helpful and sizing could be more complete. Unfortunately everything was two sizes too small

Overall very happy with the 2 dresses I purchased. Fit beautifully, lovely fabric, very flattering. Only issues is the zips stick and feel quite fragile, as if they will break easily.

First it takes weeks for your order to arrive, then the quality was really bad. Paper thin, see through and much smaller than regular sizing.

Then when you try to return, they spend a week trying to bargain with you to keep it for a small fraction return.

For Canadian customers, they ship out of Ontario but require you to return via NY which will cost a lot more than regular shipping which they do not pay.

Now to make it within my 30 day window I'd have to express ship which will cost the price of the clothes.

Do yourself a favour and order directly from SHEIN, at least they do free shipping and returns, clothes are a much better quality.

This company is the worst I've ever dealt with. I didn't know it could be so bad and will be careful ordering anything from an internet company again. Their website offers free shipping with purchases over a certain amount and claims to accept returns for a full refund before 30 days. I contacted to return within 2 days of receiving my order as nothing fit and the material was not as expected. This resulted in a multiple email argument where they claimed "the best they could do" was offer $30 back and I could keep the clothes, fine $50…okay $70 and that's best and final. Only when I threatened contacting BBB and taking legal action did they finally agree to a full return. I had to pay for the return ($25) and when they ultimately refunded my payment, they had subtracted $15 for the original shipping fee even though it was "free shipping" and I never paid for shipping. Beware buying from this company. They're the sleeziest, scamiest company I have ever purchased from online.

You have to be sure you want what you buy. Prices are reasonable, so hopefully you can afford to keep what you buy and give away things that don't fit! It's yours when you get it! You cannot return!

Good service, delivery could be faster but dresses are really pretty

It took my package 2 1/2 weeks to arrive - I'm assuming because it was sent from CHINA. Then they wouldn't even work with me on the return as the event I needed the dresses for passed before they arrived. They have an absolutely rediculous return process and it's all at your own expense. The dresses were okay but some of the material was strange and the fit was inconsistent. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered a dress from this company and it did not fit correctly. I have emailed multiple times asking for information on how to return it. The company has emailed back twice saying they would compensate me $10 and I can just keep the dress. I paid $50 for the dress! I have emailed back multiple times saying no I do not want the $10 compensation and would like to return and they still have not sent me information on how to return.

I do not recommend this company.

The return policies are a disaster. They want to give you 25% of the original value and keep the dress.

I bought 3 dresses. Wanted to return 2. I've so far sent 4 emails and the people here want to BARTER with me to get me to keep the product and won't refund me or send me return addresses. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered my dress on Friday and needed it the next Thursday for engagement pictures. I paid extra for quick shipping. I received my order the very day I needed it. So overall I enjoyed the shopping experience.

Great selection and prices, fun fall styles. Shipped pretty quickly.

It has been 1 month and 10 days since I submitted the order, and it still has not been delivered! The support could not help, and responses were not nice. Avoid!

No shipping updates and took almost 3 weeks to get here. Actually haven't received the first package I ordered yet. Been a month

If it fits, good for you. If you need to return it good luck. I will NEVER buy from this site again! Jump through hoops to return an item that does not fit.
