Checkout took too long. Hoping my merchandise will be as nice as is advertised. Ive never shopped from this company before.

The styles are nice, but the fabrics were not, sizes tend to lean smaller than expected.

Ordered dresses that do not fit at all. They are making it next to impossible to return, just want to do an exchange. I don't want an exchange, I want a return! Horrible to deal with!

$15.00 charge per item or a gift card to buy more clothes that aren't going to fit properly. Lesson learned.

The style of clothing is beautiful and the easy use of the site. I received confirmation of the order by email then once the order was completed and ready for dispatch, I received another email to say the order was on the way. I also received an email asking if I received the order that arrived the next day.

The quality isn't as good as I would have expected and a bit too pricey for the product.

Besides taking a long time to arrive, the color of this dress is awful!

Had a hard time paying and one order was sent twice.

Size chart is not accurate. I measured myself and it feel in the Small category however it was too small. The return procedure seemed a little complicated if one is not computer savvy. However merchandize is nice and enjoyed looking at the different styles

Have purchased clothing here before with "okay"experience. This most recent purchase took 2 weeks to ship and arrived a month after order in which I no longer needed it because the event had passed.
Only willing to refund $12 for a 42$ purchase. It does not cost $30 to ship/return. They do give you a $42 credit option to spend and keep the clothing.
Buyer beware - build in extra ship time if you're purchasing for an event (ships from overseas) and they have a crappy return policy.

I purchased several items as a first time buyer. What I received did not meet my expectations. The return policy is where everything devolved into what can only be described as a shell game.

I've had similar experiences to dozens of others. I promptly requested a return and full refund when the product did not meet expectations in accordance with their stated policy. What I received instead was a bargaining game. First offered 20% plus I get to keep the clothes I don't want. Then it was bumped up until I was finally threatened with a last and final for 65% or the possibility I wouldn't get a refund at all in addition to having to pay the return shipping.

It's dishonest, unethical and should be fined by the Better Business Bureau. This kind of behavior should not be allowed to continue. And everyone wonders why no one shops small businesses and only Amazon.

They are not following their policy for return. I would not buy any product from petallush. Really bad customer service.

Good range of styles but fabric different to what I expected. Clothes I order did not fit and the 'blush' colour of the dress I ordered was an apricot colour.

My 2 swimsuits arrived in good shape but when I tried them on they weren't the right fit as they did not fully cover me on the top half. I contacted the company that night to process the return and was given the run around! They specifically state on their site that they accept returns within 30 days but obviously this is a LIE because they gave excuse after excuse. This is the worst company I have ever come across for service. DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I wish I could have given 0 stars but it wasn't an option!

The prices for the sale items are higher than I had hoped for, but the dresses are pretty, and so far, seem to be well made.
