I just have not had a good experience. I was offered a cash return of $35 on a purchase of $115. The refund I was issued took 2 months to arrive. And at the bank it said Paris FR. Like you are faking you are in france. Why? Be straight. I mostly hated the fabrics and the fits of everything I ordered... This company does not work for me. Good luck Singapore.

I had a lot of difficulty setting up my account. It said there was a problem, but didn't tell me what the problem was or how to correct it. Used trial and error until I got it right. Then it seemed to get stuck in shipping mode for a long time. Glad I was not in a hurry.

I ordered a dress online and it not only arrived after the event, when it arrived it was the wrong colour. Impossible to get in touch with these guys if there is an issue. I have tried to use their service email to reach out with no response. I have messaged them on Facebook and other platforms there is no customer service number. I would not recommend ordering anything from this company.

This company is a scam! Beware! They owe me a credit which they have been telling me is in process for over 6 weeks.

I do not recommend buying anything from this company. If it doesn't fit, you will not get your money back. They offer you different options. I finally chose to get $22.00 of my $52.00 I spent. Never received it. Customer service will not answer your emails once you start questioning them about your refund. Complete scam so beware. Would have given a 0 in rating, had that been an option.
