You charged me $59.58, a charge that I DID NOT authorize. This is a scam and I want my money back. Do not sign up for this people, it is a scam!
I hesitated to use this site, but stupidly went against my better judgement and tried them. They offered no information on my search. Waste of time and money. The only intelligent thing I did was pay with a $20 gift card. At least they can't continue to charge my credit card. Don't ever give them your credit card number... they will abuse it.
Charge then make it hard to cancel then charge again you want upgrades or you show nothing in all you suck
Did not provide most of the topics' information. Incomplete basic info, on most searches. Most of topics had no records at all.
Joined service. Checked background on 20 persons. 6 reports were erroneous. One man was listed as black- he is white. 2 reports had middle name of persons listed as last names. One known felon that served a prison sentence for drug trafficking had no more than a traffic violation and a misdemeanor pot possession listed. If they are going to report a persons criminal background, the information NEEDS to be correct.
I could find more information myself! They got me no information! I want my money back!
I read several reviews about having info taken off and I have to say each and every one of them are horrendously moronic. I went to the website, they give very simple instructions, just send what you want taken off in direct words, its idiotproof! There is a video that walks you through the process and tells you the steps out loud... If you can't read, watch, or listen you are a truly worthless individual. My info was taken off without any hassle.
This is a terrible business. They are unreliable. They collect personal data and sell it to people without any concern for safety of individuals or privacy. When you put in a request to remove your data (which you are legally entitled to), they don't do it.
I will simply go to the bbb if you do not remove myself and my husband, as asked. Persopo states they need "text" request. I cut & paste the link minus underlining and they still don't know what to do. It takes you right to the listing. I need this removed for legal and stalking reasons.
Still not removed 2 months after asking. No other site asked me to watch a video. Please remove as you are not authorized to display this information.
I've been trying to contact them via telephone to cancel my subscription it keeps saying I haven't called within normal business hours when in fact I have I don't know whether its a scam or not but my subscription needs to cancel asap I'm not going to keep paying for something I can't use

I went to check out a prospective date. The info did not add up so I entered my own name and received all kinds of erroneous, inaccurate information. I ran a similar name to mine and got the same information! Total scam and I demanded my money back right away.
The information I received was past addresses which I already knew and that was it. Terrible service! I am canceling immediately and asking not to be charged at all, Seems like your typical online scammer! Unreliable! Just another company stealing peoples hard earned money!
I used this service to attain my driving record. What I recieved was inaccurate information. Some other person's record on my account. I want this taken care of or I will seek legal action.

This company is a scam. The information is totally inaccurate. Where they get their information is crazy. I am a female, twice divorced. According to this site, I am a man married to another woman? Two people whom I never heard of? WACTH OUT, even though you mark the box saying you only want the one-time use, they will keep you in their system and continue to charge your bank account! THIS IS A SCAM!
I found out someone has been using my name under fake addresses and asked your support team to remove the info. I had no idea what to expect on this process but I received an email with direct laid out instructions and even a video walking me through everything. I wish other websites were that simple! Thank You Persopo for keeping my identity secure!
Needed to track down my ex to serve him child support, found 2 addresses I never knew about and got his worthless behind in court. I will tell everyone what kind and helpful people you guys are!
All I needed was to find my Divorce record. Persopo gave me the date and even the Record number to reference when filing. Can't beat that for 20 bucks, saved me a 400 dollar plane ride to Georgia! Persopo did alright by me-
I love this site. Makes me feel like a secret agent spying on all my neighbors and checking my friends backgrounds hahahaha. I wish this thing was around when I was younger, would have helped so much on loser boyfriends!

Been on 4 sites like this one. They all get mostly the same info. This place has much better customer service though. They have that above the rest!
