I have placed several orders from personlization mall. I have been very pleased with the merchandise even when I did not receive the order in a timely manner I needed it. But I did not make a complaint. I have placed another order in which one order was by mistake due to my phone has a sensitive touch screen and placed one order by mistake. And the no cancel or return policy was not shown until after I placed the order. I sent an email to cancel the order. No one has responded. My mistake should not be held against me. If I'm not approved to cancel this order needless to say this will be the last time order from this company. Please be careful placing an order from this company! Please make sure you do research on the no refund and return policy before placing your order! Not a reliable company.
I have ordered several items and received several gifts from personalization mall. They all came out exactly as expected! I recommended this site to a friend who made a blanket with pictures, and wasn't very satisfied. Photo gifts are a bit more difficult when ordering online. I have found shipping a bit longer around the holidays, but nothing significant. I will definitely order again, this site is my "go-to" for gifts!
I ordered early December, and it shipped next day. My tracking number doesn't work, and it's 2 weeks late. I have sent several emails to customer service to resolve the tracking number error. They basically just say " expect 12 days extra of shopping delays". Totally understand, but that's not what I asked. I asked for a working tracking number, and confirmation that it shipped. Now they just ignore my emails. Please don't use them, it's just awful customer service.
I've ordered at least a dozen gifts over the years from this company! Everything has been great quality, delivered promptly! I've never had to deal with their customer service, as I've never had a problem, so I can't rate that!
Bought a Christmas ornament from here. I was so so happy at the way it looks and did not take that long to get it to me. Will be ordering again
I placed an order on Dec. 1,2020 and got an email on Dec. 3 with a USPS tracking number. On Dec. 15 when there were no updates on the tracking number I went to the local post office and was told it was not in their system yet, meaning it had never been shipped. When I called the company you can never speak to a human. They have a recording saying "all our associates are busy helping other customers. Please call back later" I emailed and got a response from "Vicki" saying it had been lost in shipment and they would send another. The item did arrive on Dec. 23,2020 but the glass on the front was broken. The replacement arrived on Dec. 29,2020 and the finish on the front was marred in numerous places because it was not packed right! I emailed them again but have yet to hear anything from them. So much for having this as a Christmas gift. I wish I would have read the reviews because there are hundreds just like mine. Don't waste your time or money ordering from this company as you will be very disappointed.
I ordered a blanket for my Mother in Law in November & still waiting on! I'm not one to complain but it's been over a month since they said it was shipped & sorry but if your shipping company is that slow. Find another one! And when you call CS all they can tell you is you will have to wait till shipping updates... are you serious! What kind of CS is that?! I've been waiting on it over a month & was being patient now I'm just mad! Never ordering from this place again!
I've been trying to get a hold of someone through the numbers provided on the website but no one picks up, and the machine keeps repeating itself. Messaged them on Instagram and emailed but no response there either. I got my order later than scheduled and when it came, it was broken. The item was a wedding present. Sigh. Will be the first and last time buying from these people. Oh and I will also call my bank and dispute charges. Who wants to pay for a broken item that I can't even gift to the wedding couple? Nobody deserves that. What a shame.
I placed an order on December 19 and paid for expedited, overnight (FedEx) shipping. 9 days later, I checked the tracking number, and it hasn't even been shipped yet. Personalization Mall has no Customer Service -- I have sent 2 emails: one on December 24, one earlier this morning, and I have been on hold with their customer service department now for 14 minutes. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. IF THERE IS ANY KIND OF A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER OR YOUR SHIPMENT, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT. And all they say, every 10 minutes, is "Your estimated wait time is 30 minutes."
Classic Bait and Switch scam. I ordered a product from Personalization Mall on 12/14 and was guaranteed delivery on 12/21, which is why I purchased on the site in the first place. On 12/15, I got a message saying that it was shipped. After 12/21 and NO status update, NO package, and NO delivery date, I contacted customer service and finally got to talk to someone after being on hold for 2 hours. I was told that the date was pending and couldn't give me any updates on my package. Before I purchased the item, I was guaranteed delivery by 12/21. After I purchased (no returns), now the delivery date was pending. Classic bait and switch. As of 12/27, still no package and no delivery date. Fortunately, I had another gift to give my son so he would at least get one gift for Christmas. What a rip-off. I'm never ordering from Personalization Mall again!
I have ordered from here for years. Never had a problem until this year. I placed four different orders but yet to received one of them. I placed two orders on the same day(12/13/20), hours apart, same method of shipping, and got one two days ago. The other one has gone from Indiana to West Virginia to Indianapolis in the last 11 days. And just leaving Indianapolis today. Huh? And I received an order that I placed on 12/17/20 on 12/21/20. Not sure I'll be a returning customer anymore.
I have been trying to track an anniversary gift, order # *******, with the link provided with the order confirmation. The link goes to UPS and they have had no updates since 12 December when the message says "Waiting for your package to arrive at facility.". I contacted UPS and they have not received the package from Personalization Mall. I have emailed Personalization Mall three times and still haven't received an answer as to when or if it was really shipped. I've tried calling but it just goes to voicemail that says that they're too busy and that I should email. I'm beginning to think this company is a scam atrist and that I've been scammed.
As others, tracking updates stopped 11 days ago so I called the customer service number to listen to a recording saying they couldn't take my call because of "increased call volume." Sent a message via their messaging system with no response. Funny thing is, I have ordered from other companies and have received those orders on time. I guess this company is the only one being affected by Covid. Another lesson learned I guess.
I have read some of the reviews on this site and I am having the same issues that they have all stated. I placed an order that was supposed to have shipped out on Dec. 2. well 21 days later and nothing. I have emailed and sometimes I get a robot like response. I ordered 4 keepsake ornaments for my pastor's wife, her sisters and her mom for the loss of grandfather and father. It is almost Christmas and still nothing. Fell like I have been ripped off. I sent them an email saying I was going to contact the BBB and Attorney General. They blocked me being able to check the status of my order. I wrote a review and then I could check it again. The up dated shipping says it arrived in STL on Dec. 16 at 4:46 am and departed from Des Moines Iowa on Dec. 16 at 4:51 am. really... Dec. 20 says " in transit, arriving late" and that is the last update. I sent an email this morning and it says don't expect a reply for a few days be cause of lots of emails coming in. So I am out over $50 and still have nothing to show for it. My order number is ******* Personalized Mall, in case you care. The least they could do is apologize and reship. Feel like I have been had. Very sad... this was supposed to be a very special gift.
Ordered gifts for a 21st bday on 11/30. I still dont have them and it is 12/21. No gifts to give nephew on bday. Ordered christmas gifts 2 weeks ago dont have them either.
Customer service appalling. No one to pick up phone and wont reply to emails. Will never order from them again.

Paid for my very special personalized family Christmas gifts. Took my $ on 11/26, claims it shipped on 11/30, status hasn't changed as of 12/2 stating that USPS still has not received the items. They are taking people's money and running.

Ordered on Nov. 25th, Pitney Bowes tracking says in Atlanta since Dec. 18th. These were Christmas gifts, I will be asking for a refund. I can not even speak to anyone at Personalization Mall, they says all agents are busy and to send email. Have sent two emails, no response from them! Lousy customer service and I will not use them again.

Ordered mugs on 12/8 received e-mail that they were shipped 12/10. I had paid for expedited Shipping. Well today is 12/22 and still no mugs. Sent numerous e-mails, no response. Called numerous times, never answered, only told experiencing heavy call volume to check account which says shipped. Called transit company and they state never received order to ship. Very bad customer service, will NEVER order from them again.

In November, I ordered Christmas gifts from them. Paid for shipping. They used Pitney Bowes for shipping and PB delivered it to USPS service December 2nd. Still sitting at USPS facility for 20 days now, and PM does nothing.

I ordered a very expensive item on December 7th, guaranteed for Christmas and was told it would ship in 5-7 days. Still not delivered, no shipping info and can't reach anyone thru phone and sent numerous emails! No response! This happened last year snd I swore to never use them again and here I am again this year with no gift!

Answer: Their website looks nice but their quality is trash! Don't trust your precious memories to them. Just awful
Answer: They won't fix it. I called customer service and they pretty much said to bad. Also they may make you a new one but charge you 50% and the shipping charge.
Answer: I wouldn't if I was you. Use another company if you can. I haven't received the order I placed over 20 days ago. Don't recommend them at all. My experience.
