Oh man, should have read reviews before ordering from this site. In short, would NOT recommend. My order shipped on June 2, today is June 23 and I still have not received it. According to tracking, it's lost in the mailstream (tracking has not updated since June 14). This was a gift that I needed by next week. Reached out to customer service multiple times and kept getting the answer to reach out on X date. Finally, today, they said they will do an investigation. I now have to wait 10 days to either get a replacement or refund. WTF?
To pay $12 for a $25 for an item made me sick. Thought it was $6.95... never purchase for you again.
This was meant for an elderly crippled woman who lost her dog and wanted a memorial grave they said they couldn't reduce the picture or at least centered it! This cost 26.00! Rip off they refused to remake it. So im stuck with it. Shame on this company and their lie to guarantee satisfaction
Do not buy this junk. You will not be satisfied for your $40? Absolute garbage. It is small and cheaply made.
My product hasn't arrived, and when I checked their phone, website, and email to follow up, it says error. How I wished I had checked sitejabber before I made my purchase. That was money I flushed down the toilet.
Terrible customer service! Do not send my purchase and I asked, please, send with signature required because the gift cost $150. They did not do that because it is responsibility who is buying that (what?)... no comments. It was first and last purchase. Do not recommend!
I gave been ordering from them for at least 15 years. Baby gifts, wedding gifts, anniversary etc. Whenever I need something different. I love everything I purchased- ice bucket, towel, coasters, frames, ornaments etc. one time an ornament was broken and they resent with express shipping. I think many of these poor reviews are because of shipping issues due to COVID. The quality of the product is very high and things have always been carefully wrapped. I think they are cheaper then comparable sights.
We got order number *******, its the worst chair ever. Broke on the first time using. Called them to see what they where going to do about our $70 dollar chair breaking and they said nothing. Its truly the cheapest chair you can find save your money iron on a name that's all they did on a cheep chair than charged 7x the amount.
I ordered one of their memorial clocks for a friend for her birthday. I ordered with plenty of time only to get a blurry heart shaped blob. I emailed and they asked for photo proof which I obliged. I was informed they agreed it was not up to standard and they were going to ship a new one out. A week later I got an email that another was on its way and would be here the following week. Now a full 10 days past my friends birthday. It finally arrived with a cracked clock face! I emailed and asked for a refund but got no reply. DO NOT use this website for anything that has to do with a precious memory of someone. They will ruin it and your gift. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
Reading other reviews, I consider myself lucky I did not have to deal with the customer service. However, I am not less disappointed.
Personalized cell phone valet was meant to be a present for my son's birthday. Not only that it got stalled on export customs (presumably due to a word 'Cell') so it came almost a moth after being ordered, but the inscription piece was 3/4 peeled off when I just opened the parcel.
I did not expect this to be exclusive quality, but neither an expensive, worthless stuff.
Will NEVER order from "Personalization Mall" EVER again. They are NOT helping their customers. Unbelievable they stopped my shipment by 3days. FedEx was delivering to me by Friday at 5. Personalization Mall held my package telling FedEx not to deliver for three days. I paid extra to receive package early. Personalization Mall told me that I paid for 2 to 7 Day shipment. They don't regard the 2nd day, nor the 3rd, nor the 4th or 5th... if you pay extra it will send you message they are delivering in 3 days " That is bogus" then they will till you and the 5th day that is also bogus or should we say a lie.
I believe they held my package up because I called and raised cain.
Will NEVER order from them again! BE WARE!
I ordered some custom Easter bags for my grandchildren and it was promised on their website to be delivered before Easter without having to pay extra for expedited shipping. This company uses FedEx and they are unreliable and have caused more problems than any other shipping company. I received my order the day after Easter which was useless. The company was heartless and only offered to give me a shipping refund but no other remedy. I will not order from this company again. What a disappointment.
I ordered for Valentines day 2021 i pd expeditited shipping to get before the date got an email id get it the 12th... NOTHING next dat checked tracking said the 13th NOTHING today id Valentines day... NOTHING!.
DONT ORDER FROM THE SITE IF YOU NEED IT QUICK AND PAY FOR THAT.

Wish I had seen this site before ordering from Personalization Mall! My item has some defects that I see as defects in the printing or was scuffed in transit. They said that is how it is supposed to look and sent me the computer generated preview which their email reminded me that I approved. That preview doesn't show the spots and scuffs. So the advice, your item probably won't look exactly like the preview and Pmall really doesn't care if it doesn't. Their Quality Assurance Team stands behind that verdict. Buyer beware.
Bracelet took 6 and a half weeks to arrive. Multiple emails. Empty promises. Bracelet was made wrong. It's so small it should be for a newborn baby. Very cheaply made. Poor quality.
Payed EXTRA $15 for shipping before a certain date and it didn't even come. Attempted to contact them they lied and said they would refund me shipping plus 25% off, but didn't instead they BLOCKED my account and numbers after being nice and patient. The bich Kay D. The one in charge of doing chargebacks is no help & is always suddenly on 4 weeks vacation. This company is full of bs, how do you block a paying customer? I attempted to buy again using a different account and the same freaking $#*! happened. They are a f'ing JOKE!
Total Rip Off! Better off going to ETSY. Bad customer service. Ordered something personal to celebrate a 20th wedding anniversary, it was a "This date compared to current date" Turns out if you want something like that you have to order it 2 years after the momentous date.
Total waste of money and time.
Oh and when you spend the ridiculous amount of money, they slap you in the face an send you a save 30% off coupon on your next order.
Placed an order and cancelled in seconds and they tried to tell me that the order had shipped. Stold my money. I had a dispute charge at the bank. Not a ligit company
YAY! I got my personalized frame! It is perfect and I got it super quick! Reading reviews, I was pretty hesitant to purchase through them but I took a chance and I'm so happy I did! I think I placed my order Monday night (1/25/2021) and received it in the morning on Thursday (1/28/2021)! If I ever need anything like this again I will definitely buy from Personalizationmall & I will recommend them to my family & friends! :)
I ordered my gift November 26,2020. It is currently January 26,2021. TWO MONTHS! I called and emailed and no responses. I got told I'm an idiot and got hung up on by customer service! The gift was for my fiancé for Christmas and it was very personal! We just had our baby 2 weeks ago from yesterday. Don't ever purchase from this company. You will be very unsatisfied to say the least!

Answer: They won't fix it. I called customer service and they pretty much said to bad. Also they may make you a new one but charge you 50% and the shipping charge.
Answer: I wouldn't if I was you. Use another company if you can. I haven't received the order I placed over 20 days ago. Don't recommend them at all. My experience.
