Horrible customer service. Their website lies. It's not a fast turn around. Could take weeks to send out and when you inquire, they say soon because they have no clue. I regret using this company. Don't use this company, look and buy elsewhere. You will be grateful you did.
Ordered 3 personalized throws. 1 was nice, the 2nd one ok but the 3rd one was cheap & their was a line right through the name. Can't believe it was sent out that way. Terry

Avoid ordering at all costs. I ordered a personalized wine case with accessories for a gift. The thing had fallen apart before I even opened it (the part holding the accessories had fallen off the lid). On top of that, the accessories themselves were scratched and missing chips of coating on them. Completely disappointing, was so excited about this gift. Not only that, but they also messed up the personalization part. I put a date but after the day and month, instead of a comma, they put a period. I double and tripled checked my order prior to putting it in. When I was previewing the personalization, I put a comma, even in my confirmation email, it's a comma. They messed up and put a period instead so now it looks weird. (My intentions and instructions were September 25,2021 but they put September 25.2021 instead).

I wish I could score them no stars. They say your order is done within 4-5 business days then shipping 6 to 10 additional business days. I ordered my product on 11/9 it was not shipped out until the 22nd. It then was scheduled to be delivered on the 26th and then the 27th in Florida but it did not arrive and now it's in West Virginia. I would never order anything from this company ever again. What a piss poor experience. Absolutely horrible.

If I could give this company less than 1 star, I'd do it. One of their customer service representatives named Mary, called me crazy during the call. I called to inquire about approximate delivery date of my order. Then I thought about it and since it was a gift but was not arriving on time, I called again to cancel my order which is when she said "Oh man! I had this CRAZY lady call me twice today!" and then hung up on me. How can a customer service representative abuse customers like this!
I'll never order from this company which employs idiots like this!

I ordered my package on November 5. Today is November 25 and it still hasn't come. The tracking number stopped giving me updates on November 16th: very disappointing

I ordered one of their personalized ammo cases. On their website they show the product engraved with clear white lettering though when it arrived all they had done was use a laser cutter to remove the dark green paint to reveal the dark metal below so any letter was barely visible. When I emailed looking for a return / refund they stated that they stood by the product and would only offer a 20% discount if I called a certain number between business hours. They state on the website they clearly state they will refund orders if you are not satisfied so that's clearly a lie. I wrote a review on the website to let others know before buying but they didn't publish the review.

Had a bad experience with Customer service. Received a gift with a misspelled word. Even though the catalog image was spelled correctly, when it was ordered the person who bought it for us as a gift accidentally misspelled the word MARSHMALLOW spelling as MARSHMELLOW so they put the misspelled word on the sign! I guess their quality control people aren't very good spellers either! And the best their CUSTOMER SERVICE would do it let us replace it for 50% off. Certainly won't order anything from them!:-(

I ordered a customized photo frame. The print looked terrible (registration was off) and the frame itself was cracked when it arrived. I emailed, got a quick response, submitted a photo and the replacement frame was shipped two days later. The replacement frame looked a million times better. Pleased with customer service but clearly the quality is inconsistent.

I bought a set of personalised glasses as a wedding gift and according to the dates on the website, I should have received it just in time.
I wrote to ask when it will ship. I never got an answer. I got an email with a tracking #. A few days later, nothing has moved. I sent another email and I received another email with a tracking #. I finally called customer service. The order had just shipped 8 business days later. They could not cancel it. They said they have replied to my emails but I just got tracking # to make me think it was being shipped. As of today, the order is not on the road yet.
I will not advise you to buy on this website.

It's going to be 1 year anniversary with personalizedtionmall to the package that I didn't get, I tried mailing and calling in number they provided. Happy to say that number is piece of crap as no one picks up.

I paid $10 for expediting an order. This company shipped the order USPS. I didn't receive the order on time. I will never order from them again.

I ordered some whiskey glasses with a quote from a friend who passed away recently. When I placed the order, I didn't realize that one of the words was spelled wrong. It was totally my fault. When the order arrived, I called personalization mall and not only did they fix the order, but they sent it back very quickly, so I was able to give the gift in a timely manner. They were wonderful to deal with and very quick to respond.

My replacement did show up. The original item came about 3 weeks after the original delivery date. The item was what I expected.

I ordered a blanket on 2/14/21 for my mom's birthday. I paid $16.99 for shipping in order to receive it in her actual birthday which was 2/19/21. The blanket was shipped on 2/17/21. The item arrived in Memphis, TN on 2/19 which is 8-9 hours away from where I live. I contacted customer service via email and they told me the item would be delivered that day. I tried explaining to them that it wasn't possible. I kept reaching out. On 2/23 I received an email that FedEx could now locate the package and I could be sent a replacement. Some how, the replacement was shipped out in less than 10 hours. I was skeptical about that because it is a personalized blanket with 8 names in it. There is still no update on the original item shipped. It's still sitting in Memphis. The replacement is set to arrive on 2/26. I think they could definitely improve their customer service. I've seen so many complaints about this. Waiting to see if I receive the replacement and how it looks.
I NEVER write reviews. But this B S here! I order something for my mother in law. THIS HALF DONKEY COMPANY sends it to the wrong place (my billing address. Not shipping) I call and tell them this happen. You know what they tell me, "sorry. We don't do refunds and you have to pay us a reshaping fee"! YALL ARE THE ONES WHO F'd up! Not me! I have bought a items from personalization mall been pretty happy with it until I ordered a family tree, the tree itself is 100$ but it actually looks like something you can buy from Dollar tree, small, flimsy, cheap and just made with the worst material, very disappointed, it was a gift for a 50 wedding anniversary. Worst of all, the response I received when I contacted them.

I wanted a personalized baby shower present & decided to order one of their baby blankets because I liked the look of it. The (attached) picture shown on Personalization Mall's website is a CRISP WHITE & light blue monogrammed baby blanket. What I received (attached pic} was a dirty yellowish, dingy off-white and greyish blue blanket, not the crisp clean look that the website showed. Obviously the quality of the material of the blanket that they sent to me is not the quality of the blanket in their online picture. I would have been so embarrassed to give it as a present, so I contacted them about it. I would exchange for the correct item, but not if the blanket's coloring was going to be the same dingy color. They said it would probably be the same color, because of their design parameters. If I had known that there was parameters of colors that I could have been sent, I never would have taken a chance & ordered it! Why would I gamble on the color? Why isn't that in the description of the product? I ordered it BECAUSE of the crisp clean colors of the photo. Why would you show a pictures of it if that's not what it'll look like! That is misrepresentation.
Their Guarantee page says "If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund". This IS a quality issue but they offered a measly 20% off, hoping I would just go away, like all their other unhappy customers. They said I could pay their shipping costs AGAIN to send back a blanket that I didn't order & then they'd give me a refund. So then I would be out a baby shower gift AND have to pay for their mistake. That is not a full refund.
I ordered a wedding present and a personalized card. Both look fantastic! The order was made and received in less than a week. I used standard shipping not economy just to be safe. Very happy with purchase.
One of those days when the wife nagged me to buy something and I didn't check out the vendor first. personalizationmall.com produced a garbage product and refused to take it back. Custom lettering looks terrible and that material the blanket is made of was damaged.
I bought a $103 oak whiskey barrel as a gift. It leaks all over. They won't take it back because it is past 30 days since I purchased it. They should guarantee their products!

Answer: They won't fix it. I called customer service and they pretty much said to bad. Also they may make you a new one but charge you 50% and the shipping charge.
Answer: I wouldn't if I was you. Use another company if you can. I haven't received the order I placed over 20 days ago. Don't recommend them at all. My experience.
