I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Personalization Mall. The delivery dates were completely inaccurate, and my products were delivered far later than promised. After multiple phone calls to follow up, I was repeatedly told, "We have a lot of customers," as if my concerns didn't matter.

To make matters worse, they misprinted the return address on my envelopes. The proof I approved was correct, and the label had the correct print, yet the final product was wrong. I even sent photos to prove their mistake, but they refused to reprint or refund me.

It was a horrible experience from start to finish, and their lack of accountability and poor customer service were truly devastating. I will never order from them again!

Be very careful when placing an order here! What I received is NOTHING like what I expected. The wine glasses look like a cheap label was just slapped on them — it's completely unprofessional and unacceptable! Nobody bothered to contact me to discuss the file I provided, just assuming everything was fine. This is not only embarrassing, but also unacceptable to send to the people I intended. I will NEVER order from here again!

Ordered Oreo Tin. They printed the wrong year on each cookie. Contacted customer service who initially responded quickly. I sent them a picture and description of what they got wrong. Did Not hear back from them. I reached out with 2 more phone calls and was told it was another department that handles that aspect of the order and how great they were at immediately getting back to customers. Days passed and no response. I let customer service reps know that my deadline was fast approaching and I needed that item for a Birthday function. They never returned any of my subsequent calls. Then when I sent an email they advised they were refunding the purchase price. I would have preferred the item instead, But since they never had a conversation with me I was stuck with a product I could not present. I would not recommend patronizing this website. They don't seem to care about customer's concerns or the quality of their products. Note. Unable to upload receipt due to file size restriction. Loved the Birthday banners for my mom's 85th birthday. I received it so fast I could believe it. Waay better than Amazon and the clarity is awesome

Bought an item & paid $25 2day rush delivery. Never got it due to FedEx mistake. PMall didn't assume any responsibility & on top of that pretended to keep charging me the rush delivery since they were going to re-send it the same way. I asked to be charged only the 4day express delivery because it was going to be 5 days later (which was fair) but staff member Patricia in a VERY condescending disrespectful way refused to do it saying she couldn't understand where I was coming from asking for the partial refund - acting as I, after going thru this ordeal and not getting what I had paid for, was trying to take advantage of them?
Of course I opted for full refund, no item for my special occasion and no chance on getting anything else on time. Regret choosing them for this event. DO NOT RISK IT if is something important!

I ordered this flag with low expectations because I had never used this company before but I was pleasantly surprised! It came quicker than the expected delivery date and I chose the least expensive one. I would definitely order again!

I bought some homeware for my friends and I was able to personalize it with their photos and names. That is really a great gift to give.

I bought my neighbors a wind chime from Personalization Mall, it was well made, and absolutely gorgeous! They recently had to put their dog to sleep and this was the perfect gift! Thank you so much!

I ordered two personalized blankets with photos. Each one came out amazing and was delivered earlier than expected. Price was also great. I will continue to order from this wonderful company

Ordered custom books for my grandchild with a guarantee delivery before Christmas. Did not recieve and I reach out to the company no less than 7 times to inquire why they were not shipped. Never did get an answer. Company ruined Christmas! If I could give 0 stars I would.

If I could give zero stars I would! Ordered 14x14 pillow. Absolutely worst "pillow"! The image was okay, the actual pillow - um NO! It's not even 1/2 inch thick…. That's not a pillow! More like a mouse pad. NOT worth the $42 I paid

Searched all over for the perfect mug to say "Thank You" to a professional colleague. Was so excited to find this classy one that allowed me to not only personalize the name and profession but the message, as well as have it arrive by Christmas. I ended up purchasing four of them and they all loved them. Personalization Mall stands in a category of its own far above any other company for personalized gifts in quality and customer service. I have used them for years with confidence and pride in their products. This mug was a another hit! Thank you once again PM!

Had ornaments made for my grandkids and you can't read the personalization on them. You think they would call and explain to you about the print. My grandsons are not taking the passing of their grandfather well and I only would like to have them replaced and they wouldn't do it. That's why they only have a 1.9 rating.

They charged me $25.00 to ship a 12x16x2 box that weighed 3 pounds! They said it was "heavy" so they had to charge more. Their ads state 20% off "site-wide" with coupon, but since almost everything is "on sale" they coupon doesn't really work! I'll never order from them again and wouldn't have ordered this time but needed it for a special occasion. In my opinion - total rip off.

My grandmother passed away I found a beautiful picture of my mother and her I wanted to get a blanket with both of them on there and I thought it would be an amazing gift for the holidays for her and when I got it it was blurry the picture was not centered so I contacted customer service they sent me an email I had to email the people and they told me they were not going to give me a refund or fix my product that I was dissatisfied with they told me that I can buy another product and they would get me discount wanted my mom to have a good good hearted gift that she could hold to her heart but instead I got a blanket that is blurry and not centered I'm extremely unhappy

I have been sending our in-laws, these photo ornaments of their grandkids for many years, and they absolutely love them! They have six grandkids, and it's always a labor of love to find good pictures. But once I find the pictures, they make great gifts!

Horrible company! After paying expedited shipping, item arrived after the wedding and they were to decorate the event tables and they refused to refund me! Don't buy from this shady company!

Does anyone know a way to stop this company from sending me hundreds of emails every day? I really can't stand it
