I ordered Christmas presents on December 1, with the promise of receiving by Christmas. It is now December 28th and I still don't have my Christmas presents. I spent a lot of money on this site. Never again.
This place is a joke. I ordered Christmas cards on 12/7 and they didn't make it to my house until 12/23, even though they sent me a notification that my order had shipped on 12/8. What am I supposed to do with Christmas cards that NEED TO BE MAILED on 12/23? And, they sent out the order with NO ENVELOPES. Who sends out Christmas cards without a friggin' envelope. It's very obviously a necessary part of the card giving experience. These were not only Christmas cards, they were a Christmastime announcement of my wife and I expecting a child. RUINED. LAME. Personalization Mall, you suck!
This is the worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. They advertised guarantee delivery for Christmas, apparently there is fine print you have to search for in Faqs or clicking on certain icons on their page. Well, I did not search for the fine print and believed what the advertisement said as it did not indicate any qualifiers or limitations. I have ordered from them at Christmas fir years and have not been mislead - thats why I trusted them. Well, it did not arrive for Christmas. I called the company on Christmas Eve. She actually said - "of over a million customers how come I am the only one" No offers or compensation. "I apologise if you did not understand" Not taking any responsibility. You should place qualifiers on a guarantee that is easily seen. I was a loyal returning customer. This is how you treat a loyal customer. Never again. I have spent a lot of money this company. Never again. Integrity and honesty is impt to me. They should have offered me something as a repair attempt to the misunderstanding. Not good business.
I have ordered much more from them for the holidays and everything has came beautifully. I will continue to use this company
Worst customer service! I've spent a lot of money on there and I ordered a bunch of ornaments in Dec 1st. I got my order on Dec 11th and they shipped me one ornament that was someone else's ornament. I emailed and called to get my ornament that was missing. They said it would ship out very soon. By Thursday Dec 18th, it still hadn't shipped so I call and ask if they're going to expedite my order and they said the only thing she can do is refund me! Um, why can't they expedite it?! She said, you'll get it on Christmas eve. What is that going to do for me when its a gift for someone else and I won't see them then?! I ordered it Dec 1 but I'm guaranteed it be Dec 24th?! Does that sound like they care about their customers?! I would say NO!
I don't know why this site has such horrible reviews. I was scared to order, but I did anyways. I personalized a precious moments baby blanket for my niece that's on the way. I got it a week later. I used a coupon I found online at retail me not. The price was fair, and shipping was not outrageous. It is a nice quality blanket, micro fleece, soft, and the same shade of pink that is shown in the picture. I'm very exited about what I ordered and would order from them again if I ever want to put my personal touch on something. I wanted to add my positive experience because I feel like people rarely go out of their way to report positive experiences, only bad ones. All and all I have no reason not to give 5 stars.
Absolute worst customer service. Personalizationmall.com made per their words "an honest mistake" by placing the incorrect shipping labels on our and another dissatisfied customers package. I was told they would reissue my order and I would likely receive my order hopefully by Christmas eve which is obviously not acceptable. To spend that kind of money and be told I will have to wait an additional 6 days at minimum is simply unacceptable. My order was placed in early December and was said to be delivered Dec 15th (8 days later). I asked to speak to the representative's supervisor and she stated she did not have one. After further questioning her story changed to her supervisors are all taking phone calls ultimately her story was her supervisors are all in meetings. I requested a refund as I have no use for Christmas decorations long after I need them which was denied. The personalizationall.com representative stated, "well you only ordered a tree skirt, towels, and some labels; what is the issue?" I would look into a more reputable company to place your personalized gift order.
Got 2 personalized aluminum bottles --> should have gotten 50 while they were $13 a piece! Quality product with tight sealing lids and straw/sipping feature. The printing is awesome. My name is uncommon, so it's a real treat, and the surname bottle is for my family white elephant. This one is gonna get stolen for sure!
This place is a disgrace! They DO NOT stand behind their products! I purchased a make-up bag for my mom for Christmas. I submitted the initials correctly, but it was printed wrong when I got my bag. After calling this place to let them know of their mistake, somehow, someway, this became my fault! What company does not stand behind their products? Oh, this scamming one. For this company to have "raving reviews" from the "Today Show," etc., is a joke! Please DO NOT Order from this company! -Amy K.
I ordered two of these boxes for my sons. One came back with a visible bar code, and the other arrived with fuzzy font. I spoke with two customer service reps who were both very friendly and apologetic; however, they are not the ones making the decisions for this company. I received word that they would replace the one with the barcode but that the other one was fuzzy probably due to "lint". I found it insulting that someone would think I can't tell the difference between lint and a fuzzy font. As a result, I mailed both back. When I presented the postal worker with my box, she rolled her eyes, and said, "Oh... I know THAT company!" Evidently a lot of these packages have come across her mail desk, and now I know why. Now I am stuck with $80 in store credit that I can't imagine using/wasting here. Please. If you are looking for something special for someone, RUN, don't walk somewhere else, anywhere else! I would love to include images, but they contain personal information.
This web site is a rip off. Cheap Chinese goods sold at a premium. But poor quality for the price is something I see a lot of businesses offer, far worse is the way they treat feedback about their products. When you post a review, the site is sure to inform you that your reviews are now owned by them once you submit. When I posted a bad review for a crappy product, I was sent an email asking me to send a picture to verify my problem and the email included the follow very disturbing statement: "It is up to our discretion to determine which reviews accurately describe the items ordered by our customers." WOW! This is exceptionally poor for any retailer or manufacturer. The item I purchased had 50+ reviews and nothing below 4 stars - now I know why! In my experience, even excellent goods at great prices will result in a few displeased customers.
I ordered a holiday mat and when it arrived last week, it was full of red dye blotches all over the mat and on the white lettering. When I wrote their customer service department, and requested a replacement, I received a reply two days later, telling me this mat comes out like this in manufacturing, and there will be no refund nor replacement given. Now I am stuck with a mat that that will go in the trash because it looks so horrible and would be embarrassing to put down for guests! Do not order from this company if you want good customer service. Not happening! I now know this is the way they operate from reading numerous reviews on independent review websites.
Was shocked to see a large, ugly bubble in the middle of the crystal ice bucket I'd ordered for my best friend's silver anniversary. Not only was it unsightly, the glass was missing on the inside of the bubble. Making the wall extremely thin and vulnerable to breakage. Their "customer service" claimed the defect was just a "subtle marking inherent to glass products". Nothing "subtle" about this eyesore! I cannot give the personalized gift to my friend and have basically wasted $75. Would never buy from them again!
Wanted to get a large canvas print for a gift. I uploaded the photo to their size specifications; and it turned out horrible. Grainy, no detail and I was too embarassed to give it. I contacted them; their response was basically 'too bad for you.'
Buyer be ware of this company. They do not stand behind their products. If you receive an item with a name that is not correct they tell you that is your problem. I tried to resolve the problem with 3 of their employees. They just want me to reorder. Why would I want to do that when the order was not right the first time. The item was a Christmas gift that I can not give to my family member. I would NEVER order anything from this company again.
I purchased 3 items from personalization.com at the same time. I gave 2 items positive reviews and the 3rd item a negative review. Lo and behold the positive reviews were posted immediately and the negative review was never posted. I emailed customer service to inquire why the negative review was not posted and they never got back to me. Misleading and deceptive business practice, in my opinion. I will not be doing business with this company on the future.
I should have looked at review before ordering from personalization.com. I ordered Halloween shirts for my granddaughters. The personalization washed out the first time the shirts were put into a washing machine. What a waste of money! Their only refund was a credit on another purchase. The only reason the company did not receive 0 stars is because they were prompt in responding to me.
Horrible! I was planning on giving some ornaments as gifts. I would be too embarassed to give these to people. There are dents and scratches on the ornaments. They were redone and shipped to me. Same situation. Went right in the garbage. Do not shop here. You get what you pay for.
The quality of their merchandise is very poor. I am embarrassed to give it as a gift. I contacted their customer service and offer NO refund or exchange.
I ordered a photo name collage frame for my friends new daughter. I customized it with the options they had and i was so excited! Then I was wondering, "I know almost nothing about this website". So I went looking for reviews, and they were all awful! I was so scared I wasted my money. I got an email 3 days after I had ordered my frame saying it had shipped. From then on I tracked it everyday with UPS. Thankfully, 3 days later I got it. It absolutely beautiful! Maybe I just lucky. But I love it and it will be a great gift. Although the name that I had cut out into it, is just cut out into some type of cardboard? Not the best but not the ugliest either. As long as the front view looks good. I would love to order again, but I am skeptic with how many bad reviews this place got in so many places. But I just wanted to say my 1st product was just fine for anyone thinking about getting what I ordered. As for the size, I'm not sure if it depends on how many letters. But mine with 8 letters could fit perfectly above a twin size bed matress.

Answer: They won't fix it. I called customer service and they pretty much said to bad. Also they may make you a new one but charge you 50% and the shipping charge.
Answer: I wouldn't if I was you. Use another company if you can. I haven't received the order I placed over 20 days ago. Don't recommend them at all. My experience.
