I ordered custom printed guitar picks. The product I received looks nothing like the "Sample Image" on the website. They basically told me how much they appreciate my business but TOO BAD! NEVER buy anything from this site!
Re: Personalization Mall dot com located in Burr Ridge, IL. I placed my first (and last) order from this company. I thought the product was poorly made and of sub-par quality, especially for the price! Not worth it at all. I had something personalized and couldn't figure out how to use it. When I called, I did't get ANY support or direction - they just seemed worried about not returning or refunding my money. VERY DISAPPOINTED. There are so many other site that one can order from. I ewould never recommend Personalization Mall to anyone.
I had bought some stone coasters and uploaded an image as suggested for Valentines Day gifts. The picture was printed on the stone and was done so poorly that my daughter's teeth looked blacked out and the gray lines in the stone caused a veining look that really made her look creepy- very disappointing. When I contacted customer service, they said it was manufactured correctly and there wasn't anything they would do about it! I was a long standing customer and after them not willing to do anything to make this right, I rather move my business somewhere else. I'm so disappointed!
Image quality
This is not even deserving of one star. The quality of the image was horrible. I own a business & have worked with many companies who reproduce my images & this company's image quality was totally unacceptable. My client refused it immediately. When I sent a photo of the blurry bowl as produced & the printed image with excellent clarity that I had uploaded, customer service said it was not their fault the reproduction was unclear & pointed out to me that I approved the image during the ordering process. Of course, on the webpage that your image is "approved" on, this company reduces it in size to more than half the original, making it impossible to tell the exact clarity.
I would never order from here again & caution anyone else to heed the reviews on other sites for this company.
I ordered a custom memorial afghan for my girlfriend for Christmas. I placed my order December 3rd. They guaranteed delivery by Christmas if I placed my order by December 5th. I did not get it by Christmas. I called customer service December 28th to inquire. They said it was being filled by an outside warehouse and didn't have much info on its whereabouts. I placed 4 more calls days apart and never got any shipping or tracking info. They continued to apologize and said they were waiting for a response from the warehouse. I never heard back from anyone. I did not receive my package until January 18th. That's almost a month after their guarentee! This was exactly 2 days after I called to request a refund. Amazing how they found my order once I wanted my money back! I will never order from them again

Must use inferior equipment. When I called to let them know I was told it was a problem on my end and they offered a 30% discount on another item. They take zero responsibility for the very poor items they send out. Do not use this company!
I can't really give this company even one star but will as I don't want people to think it was an oversight. "Free shipping" was not free shipping as they add a "shipping surcharge." Customer service was not pleasant to deal with. No supervisor would take my call. Placed on hold, told supervisor was at lunch, unavailable, might be at a meeting. My call was " lost" twice. I was told my concern was not a managers issue. There was no one there who would even listen to my concern. I did receive an unsigned email. I would recommend never doing business with this company. There are too many great companies out there to do business with.
I ordered 4 Custom pillows from PersonalizationMall for each of my cats (I know, crazy cat lady) and although I love many things about them, I just wish the material was a tiny bit better quality. It isn't horrible, just a little thinner than I'd wish. I would order again and I DO love them as does my husband. The Company sent good e-mails and tracking info and they arrived VERY quickly in time for Christmas. Website was easy to navigate and fun to create my personalized products.
So disappointed, orderd and paid the additional for the hoilday shipping to have it here by Christmas. When I got the confirmation email with the tracking number it showed a delivery of 12/29. I called customer service and was told there was a shipping error on their end and that they would give me my shipping charges back if I called once item was delivered. I asked if I could go one line and reorder it and they could give me a discount on the 30.00 next day shipping so I could have my item in time, and was told no since it was a different order. They did say I was more than welcomed to go back online and reorder it and pay the shipping charge and 'try again'. But they would offer no credit towards that order. They were very unapologetic and didn't offer much as far as customer service. I am curious what the item will look like once received as now as I read all the other revies, it sounds as if this place is not worthy of any business. This was a very important personalized gift and they have ruined what was upposed to be a very special moment... you will not get my business again.
I ordered a glass ornament for christmas from this company, and it came within days of placing the order, which I was pleasantly surprised about. When it arrived, it came with a couple scratches on the glass, so I emailed their customer service and heard back from them within 48 hours. They shipped out a new ornament to me at no charge, and within days it arrived and it looks great! We've ordered with this company before and its always been a good experience. Thank you!
I placed an order for a total of a little more than $100. It looked great and I liked the quality. Even though it was a little pricey, I liked it because it was specific. I got the items but when I placed a second order items did not ship for more than a week. I called customer service and I told them that it has been a week but the lady said that it would not get to me until after Christmas. With that said it meant it would not get to me for another extra week. I was very polite and trying to find a solution but the lady cut me off saying, "well just like you are busy, we are busy too. Have a good day and hung up on me." I guess I have no solution. She said that I could not cancel because it was already in the process but at first she told me it was not. I was very confused.
We ordered on line from PersonalizationMal because it seemed like a good deal and fast shipping. Guess what... it has been over a month, order never came, they took my money and i am fighting this out with credit card company...
Wasted money, effort and time. Should've read the reviews first... they do get it right sometimes, but the luck was not on my side.
I was really nervous to order from this site because of all the bad reviews, but I did anyway and I'm so glad I did! I received our mug on the day I expected it to arrive, wrapped in bubble wrap, a box, and paper. The mug came out beautifully and I would definitely order again!
I would not deal with a company that leaches on to a reputable company as target Free Shipping. Go ahead and order something they will charge you shipping. Even sent email they said yes if I spend 55 dollars. Free shipping Be aware poor service. And... they waste your time... be very cautious...

Ordered Christmas cards. Picture cropping was not what we ordered. One picture right over the head of family member. Customer service said it was exactly what we ordered and would not do anything.
Paid top dollar and had no customer service. Don't use personalizationmall.com for anything unless you are not concerned about a total loss if there is any problem.
Purchased a personalized swimming sweatshirt in gold. Final product received was mottled in spots and the name was illegible. Sent a photo and their "quality assurance" team said it was properly manufactured. Suggest you steer clear... almost ordered for an entire swim team but wanted to get a sample first.
Because there is no proof you do not see what the napkins will look until they arrive. My Santa with dancing reindeer was horrible completely unrecognizable. Also they were crinkled around the edges as if they had got damp. I called customer service as soon as I opened them. They asked me to send photos which I did and some days later they emailed me to say they can't see anything wrong with them and despite several phone calls they refuse to give me a refund. I reviewed the product on their website but they did not publish it which is probably why they only have good reviews on their site! I would never order from them again.
I ordered 15 personalized gifts for giving at Christmas this year. Every item was received exactly as ordered and the shipment was received in the timeframe promised! I will most definately order again from personalizationmall.com.
Ordered three frames with special dates and names on them for my mother for Christmas with our special family dates b-days, weddings ect. And 2 of the 3 are ok but with one of them the dates and names are overlapping looks like____! They say there is nothing wrong with it after sending pictures to them. Still waiting for a manager to call us back. These frames cost over $100.00. I will never do anything with this so called company again.

Answer: They won't fix it. I called customer service and they pretty much said to bad. Also they may make you a new one but charge you 50% and the shipping charge.
Answer: I wouldn't if I was you. Use another company if you can. I haven't received the order I placed over 20 days ago. Don't recommend them at all. My experience.
