Look at the sample. The sample shows a screwed up misprint. The letter of the name over laps the number in the date. The Company states that is the way it's suppose to look. I took it to a print shop in town and they said no that is a misprint. They need to move their template over so this does not occur. This piece looks so Stupid. They claim they are 100 % satisfaction guaranteed. However, not so! If you click approve your screwed! Too bad so sad! You end up with a conversation piece that people talk bad about! So don't order! Customer service is a joke! I spoke to 3 representatives and they all are rude! Advice... Don't order from this company!
I originally posted a negative review because of misrepresentation of a product I ordered. And yes, the product did not look like the photo, nor did it come close to being what was advertised, however there was a disclaimer that I had originally missed. Also the first time I contacted the company they offered me 20% discount and I didn't feel that was sufficient but they have since agreed to credit my account the money I paid for the first item and I am applying it to words another gift. I think this was more than fair on their part, and I'm 100% satisfied with their customer service.
I ordered these before and loved them. But I needed to order another set soooo I did after 1 weeks I checked my order cause I never received it. It was in back order! Why did they not tell me before I ordered it I have no idea. Another week went by and they kept changing the restock date. I am in the 3rd week of waiting and they changed the date again so I messaged them. Basically it was not their fault the girl said and that they can ship it when ever they get it. I asked her if she knew a estimate of when it will restock she said another 3 weeks! Yet the website says it will restock today?!?!?! I am confused. She didn't help at all I asked if I can cancel my order cause I needed it next week and said thank you and thats it she didn't give me a confirmation number she just ended the chat?!
Merchandise never received and they would not refund or replace. Terrible terrible terrible customer sevice. MARGIE, the customer sevice manager left me on hold for over 20 minutes, I called back and LISA in customer service told me there was basically nothing she could do even though the goods purchased were never received. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY--BUYER BEWARE!
I ordered three items and the one out of the three when I received the email was in one line it was a clock with engravings. This is for a wedding! The preview was absolutely right when I added it in my cart. I called as soon as I saw the whole thing was in one tiny line that's not even readable and was told that's how they received. Because of the fault in the stupid site. And all they can do is have me reorder it fix it and then will refund me a 30% off once I pay WTF! I called back once I calmed down the supervisor would not get on the phone then I was hung up on, extremely unprofessional do not order from this site
Ive worked at this place before its ran by Hispanics an thats only who they help I see the things they pass as good quality of work things like picture frames if they come out the machine an there scuffed up we jus take a black marker or black shoe polish an touch it up blankets cost a lot an they mess those up the most they mess ur stuff up such as a pic on a blanket if u didn't crop it good then how ever u cropped it is how it will show on the blanket they jus say that's the customers fault instead of fixing themselves they gone jus send it to u an yes there customer skills is horrible one day the office lady turned the intercom on an we heard her whole nasty conversation she was having with a customer an she was very nasty calling the customer dumb an everything
I have ordered several things in the past from here but will NEVER do that again. I had ordered something that I never received. I followed up on and was told that someone would call me back... they never did. I called again several months after the order was placed and was told that it was too late. They could not contact UPS. I understand that. They could not ship me a replacement item or give me any credit to use at their site. I was polite and trying to find a way to fix the situation. The woman on the phone told me I need to read the small print and that she could no longer stay on the line... she hung up on me. I cannot believe that there are companies still in existence with that type of customer service. I will take my business elsewhere. I encourage you to do the same. I will also encourage everyone I know.
I ordered a pillow with a specialized name and jpg (provided by the company). This thing was delivered and is a flat pancake pillow. Not only that but the Iron-On is so clearly outlined with dirt I will NOT be giving this as the gift intended.
Shipping was great-as planned but of course now it came when I have very little time for a new gift.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR HAVE AN EXPECTATION OF QUALITY!
I just called these people to ask about my order and they have a dog barking on the phone that basically told me, I didnt read the small print. Praying my order arrives on time and the way it looks on the picture.
Do not buy anything printed from this" Personalization Mall.com". The mat we received as a gift has splotches of paint around the letters of our name. It also is faded and unattractive. The picture they sent as a preview was small and did not look bad. The mat is unattractive. Terri the customer (UN) service person was short and not nice about returning this gift. We are stuck with it and I will use it and tell everyone what a poor job this company did on this mat. I think you can make your customers happy and keep them or chase them away. I'm running from this company and I hope all of you do the same!
I received my "Touch Down" personalization travel mug today. Was very disappointed in the quality of the item. I paid $27.95 plus 6.99 s/h, total of 34.94. (personalization is suppose to be "free". The mug had cheap "football" looking paper poorly glued to the lower part of mug. Less than a week after I ordered it, the price went down to 19.55. You could get his mug anywhere for less than $10.00! I called "customer service" to express my concerns and ask about their return policy and the women hung up on me! This let me know that this company is a scam. I wouldn't give this cheap looking gift to anyone!
I recently placed an order (about a week ago) and I'm so happy with my items! They arrived in perfect condition and right on schedule in time for Mother's Day :) I was a bit skeptical after seeing so many negative reviews, but I'm glad I decided to order. I got 4 custom coffee mugs in perfect condition. Will definitely be ordering from Personalization Mall again!
If there was a zero I would have gladly gave them a zero. I would never buy anything from these people again. Please I am begging you please do not purchase anything from this website especially jewelry. I don't give a damn how long it is if you cannot get it around your wrist then it doesn't matter because not everyone has skinny wrist. You should be more appreciative of your customers because they are always right and you clearly do not give a damn because you do not make the effort to make sure they are satisfied. So that tells me you are all about the money and f the people that orders from you. Never again I will.
I'm sorry to read so many negative reviews for this company. I have ordered from them many time and had always been satisfied. My last order, however, was not quality by any means. It was a customized orgnament and when it arrived it looked nothing like the way the preview photo looked. I emailed customer service right away and they asked for a photo to check for quality. By that point I had lost track of where I put it but did find it recently and figured why not give it a try. I emailed a photo directly to a customer service agent who was wonderful. She got back to me asap that they agreed the ornament was not up to their standards and would replace it for me free of charge. This was months after I had originally emailed them and they still honored it. Hopefully they have stepped up their customer service in light of the previous poor reviews. I was very happy with the experience.
From the bottom of my heart I would like to say thank you to everyone on this site. I'm thanking you because I was about to place a order (cc info already filled in blanks and all) and my mind told me to check the reviews first. I came across this website because I was looking for a Mothers day gift to get for my mother and sister and thought it would be nice to get them something that was personalized. I found just what I was looking for which would have been two pillows & a Keychain with there pics on it. Again as I was about to hit submit, something came across my mind and I Google the company, this website was the first to come up and with some many ppl complaing about the same thing (customer service, printing issues, font, pictures) theres absolutely no way all of you can be being dishonest about your experience. Sooo as much as I would love to get them something nice, and personal, I think I'll go to Macys and just buy them some perfume, and a card with cash or something. It's sad that you all had to go threw all of this, be blessed! Thanks

The customer service. Long story short I paid for rush shipping and it wasn't rushed. Talked to a very rude lady that didn't seem to care. They refunded me the amount for the rush shipping but the attitude was so bad. Other than that one time I have always loved everything I have ever ordered from there. Just hope I never have to deal with the customer service again.
I ordered a garden flag and stand from these folks to amuse the kids. The garden flag stand page says "Includes a rubber stopper to hold flag in place on windy days." Of course the flag blew away on the first windy day. When I told their customer service people of the issue they offered me a $1 discount on a replacement.
Some of their stuff is okay, but why buy things over the Internet from a company that doesn't stand behind the product?
As a new grandmother of triplets, I ordered hats with their names on them for Easter gifts. They arrived recently. Thank goodness I had them sent to my home, as they were embarrassing. I will never give them to my kids. I called customer service and explained my disappointment. I was told the product was made as indicated and that I had agreed to it. There was nothing they could do. The hats looked like it had a piece of tape stuck on the front. The ink was also spotty. T h e company calls it "distressed". I believe that is a cover word for an inferior ink job. The tape would also break down when the hat was stretched over a small head. I emailed customer service and was told there was nothing they would do. I called again and once more turned down. However, they keep telling me how valuable I am and please order again. I think not. I have been in a customer service job for years and this is no way to treat a customer. I predict this company will not last long. They are likely "distressed".
So apparently, I'm not the only one. I ordered two easter baskets for my children and the products were never received- the post office claims they delivered them, and the company refuses to do anything about it, even with a police report. No refund, no apologies, nothing from this awful company other than a "you shouldn't have chosen economy shipping." What a TERRIBLE COMPANY! Talk about terrible customer service. Trust me, spend your money elsewhere.
Wish i would have checked reviews first. They are a SCAM. They charged my card and supposedly sent my item. I never got it. When i call over a month later they claim it was send and delivered and they cant give me a refund. I filed a complaint with the BBB in hopes that no one else goes through this. I ordered a special gift for my anniversary and now i have to go out and find something else and they wont even give my money back. FRAUD!

Answer: They won't fix it. I called customer service and they pretty much said to bad. Also they may make you a new one but charge you 50% and the shipping charge.
Answer: I wouldn't if I was you. Use another company if you can. I haven't received the order I placed over 20 days ago. Don't recommend them at all. My experience.
