I recently went to purchase a customisable round glass ornament, which measure 3" diameter. After spending time customising and going to checkout, I discovered that they were going to charge me $82 for standard shipping. I have had a 60"x30" canvas painting shipped from America for less than that, and they think they can justify $82 for a 3 inch ornament? Absolute rip off, I will never shop here.
Well, after spending significant time personalizing and item and then going to the cart, then the actual pricing hits. Surcharges, handling charges, and other charges nearly doubled the price.
Bought a necklace that is engraved with two initials for my son to give his girlfriend for Christmas. The initials were completely off center. Looked like a child did it. Emailed customer service but no response. Had to call. I was told to send a picture of the necklace. I did. They responded that their quality assurance team thought the necklace was acceptable and they'd do nothing for me.
When you make a mistake in an order that is your fault. But when they make a mistake, they don't correct it or do anything to help you out. They plead "it was accurately manufactured" despite the fact that the color in the catalog are NOT the colors in the ornament you ordered.
STAY AWAY FROM THE COMPANY!
Ordered eight personalized stockings. The quality of two of the stockings were sub par- the seam of the stocking appeared on the front of the stockinf next to the embroidered names and looked awful. When I contacted PersonalizationMall they insisted on full size photos and then reviewed them and said that there was no defect. My other 6 stockings do not have this defect. I will never order or recommend this company to anyone. Rude customer service and poor attention to detail.
I am a first time order-er from this site. I ordered a throw for my Mother in Law. It came a week early and it is so beautiful. I cannot even begin to describe the quality of this throw. It is plush and soft. The image uploaded nicely and the color is perfect. I have already had 3 family members go and order the exact throw because they loved it so much. I will definitely be doing a lot of business with you! Thank you so much!
I found some things on their website however I decided not to buy them to buy something else. I didn't not go through the checkout process however they are trying to state I did when the screen shot I have shows that I never did. They are attempting to charge me even though I did not buy them. Do not buy from this website, they are complete lieing crap and I will never order from them again
Wish I could leave -5 stars. Overall experience has been awful. Put my email on a backorder notification list, a few days later I pulled up the item on a computer to show my sister what I was going to order once it was back in stock. But I see it was back in stock and I did not receive an email. I went to order it and it was already sold out! I called customer service and talked to the miserable lady "Sharon" who can barely speak proper English or put an educated sentence together. As other reviewers mentioned-- Sharon did not take any time at all to actually LISTEN (like a CSA should do) and she kept cutting me off, extremely rude and could not get my story correct and was telling me why I never received a notification and that it was MY fault! However, what she was missing over and over again was the fact I was referencing a previous item color that was backordered and now no longer in stock! She kept referring to another color, after acknowledging the fact that she could see my email in for the white color I preferred! I told her, after 10+mins, that she was not understanding what I was saying and you would've thought I verbally assaulted her! She jumped down MY throat, I simply stated she was being incredibly ignorant and rude and she hung up. Here I called to give them MONEY and to explain my situation so she would better understand why I was calling her to MAKE SURE the white was not in stock, not back ordered or anything else, so that I could move forward in my purchase. I will make sure to pass my awful experience on to other potential buyers and leave a review any where possible because you do NOT DO customer service like that! Obviously she needs a new job!
I would not buy a paperclip from these people. Threw my order into dispute with my credit card company and received a full refund. Beware if you buy from them... look at the over all ratings from so many customers. 89 one stars. That should be a clue for anyone wanting to buy from this company.
I called them today because my package looks like delivered but I didn't receive it. The woman on the phone was rude and nasty. She told me that people living in apartments should give a home address or have a P, O. Box so these things do not happen. Totally dumb and did not even apologize and immediately cut me off the call.
I am NEVER purchasing another order from this site again. After having my order get "lost" twice, I inform the representative about getting a refund & after i explained my reason behind it some women named PATTY hung up on me. I called back and asked to talk to a manager or someone in charged & I didn't get any help at all. I am STILL waiting for a refund.
I ordered a coffee mug through this company. The print was minuscule and illegible. Customer service was so rude. They refused to make it right. They don't even deserve one star!
I have ordered from this company for years and the quality was always good but this year it was HORRIBLE! The picture was VERY blurry on both of my ornaments and they put a hole to hang the ornament right through my friends face. I emailed them about getting them remade and they refused. This is a manufacturing defect and not a problem with what I personalized. When I added the pictures it did not show where the hole would be so how was I to know it would be right in my friends face. Horrible customer service and I will NEVER shop on their site again! BUYER BEWARE!
I've ordered personalized wall key plaque family name and keepsake pillow they all turned out amazing, loved them and they made great gifts. Good Quality good material perfect prices shipping was a on time ( good service) I was not able to find what I was looking for online so its nice to be able to design your own gifts for friends and family, you guys made my Christmas

Very happy with my order
I was ordering wedding gifts for groomsman. I loved the personalized beer cartons. I started to design it and had questions about removing wording and adding my own wording. I called the company and the gal I talked with told me to do it a certain way which I did and so I ordered 8 sets and 8 sets of the same bottle labels. Well I got them and the wording was all screwed up but I DID DO IT AS SHE SAID! So I called them back to find out that they wouldn't replace them and they called it my mistake after the lady walked me through it all. Scam is what I say. They gave me a 30% discount to reorder them. BS I say! Look elsewhere people... theirs other companies out there!
Their website is very difficult once you get to the payment screen. Cart went empty, never stated order was completed. Placed order again then saw two emails confirming order. I tried to reach them immediately and they were closed. Sent email immediately. Called the next morning the minute they opened and they refused to cancel the duplicate order. I asked them very nicely to do the right thing and she kept insisting that they would not cancel the duplicate order. I have called my credit card company and they will charge it back to them.
I bought a yard stake in May this year and within 6 months it was peeling, yes peeling off the stake. When I notified the company they told me that there was nothing they could do because it was past the 30 days of purchase. They also told me that I should not have had it out in direct sunlight.
" We can verify that it does state on our website in the product description: Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent fading. We do again apologize but can verify that the weather will eventually fade the personalization on the magnet. We would never suggest leaving the item out all year round exposed to the elements."
I did not mention anything about fading, I said the stake was peeling off the stake. No one buys yard stakes to take in at night or put on their yard at certain times of the year. Don't buy anything from this website. What bothers me is I bought a gift for someone earlier in the year, I am just praying that it does not start peeling off too...
The personalized baby cap has an iron-on decal that was so cheesy and and ugly that I threw it in the garbage can. Absolutely the most disappointing product I have ever bought online.
The words on my mug were printed using a font size that was barely readable. The text was bleeding(smudgy edges) and you had to hold it up close to your eyes in order to read it. When I displayed a clear disparity between the final product and what they advertise on their site they said it was my fault. I explained to them that there was no option for me to choose the font size. Yet, here I am. I have attached the image in case you were wondering.
I wish I would have read the reviews. They botched my mothers birthday gift. Really shorty work. Apparently the customer service girl is the company, very rude. They only offered a 30% discount to replace it. Are they kidding. And they state they have a money back guareentee, Wrong. Not a good place to buy from. Gave a 1 only because they don't offer a 0 rating.
Answer: Their website looks nice but their quality is trash! Don't trust your precious memories to them. Just awful
Answer: They won't fix it. I called customer service and they pretty much said to bad. Also they may make you a new one but charge you 50% and the shipping charge.
Answer: I wouldn't if I was you. Use another company if you can. I haven't received the order I placed over 20 days ago. Don't recommend them at all. My experience.
