Never order from them.

Horrible. I wish I saw these reviews before I ordered. I ordered a large wine glass for my sister in law and it came in broken. They only wrapped the stem of the glass. When I originally called they were kind and said they would overnight me a new one. When it hadn't arrived and I called they told me they don't work on the weekend and I would get it Tuesday. Not knowing what to do because I needed it that day I simply asked who to contact if I needed a refund. The woman on the phone told me to refuse the shipment when if came. Next thing I know I am getting an email that they cancelled my shipment. When I contacted them to findout why they said it was becase "i said I would refuse the shipment". I never said and that if i want a new one i need to reorder it and that I couldn't recieve the sams sale price. I will never order from them again. And I hope you dont either. If i could give no stars I would have.

Embarrassed

I have ordered from them many times. Never had a problem I sent my sister to look at the site for a mothers gift. She liked the site and was talking how she wanted to make a few items for her self. She ordered a gift for my mom and it came out wrong she asked for help and they said they would give her a discount but still had to buy a new one. They said they wouldn't fix it. She reviewed the order before submitting the order and she had it how she wanted it. They are saying it's her fault and all they can do is a descount. I'm so embarrassed that the place I told her to go to is treating her like this. Now I know how they treat their customers. Never will I bring my Business here again or recommend this site to any one again.

Ordered a photo golf ball. The picture is so small you can hardly see it! They should have sent a magnifying glass with it!
Received the order very quickly, that is the only good thing I can say about it.

I have ordered a gift to my cousin, there was some technical problems on their website so in my first 2 attempts, the order did not went through, when re-directed from paypal to their website, my shopping cart went empty, with no item to complete the order.

Imagine how shocked I was to find out later that I have placed duplicate orders! Called customer service immediately (less than 36 hours after placing the order), the woman was unsympathetic, she insisted that there's no problem on their website and refused to give me a refund for the item, so I ended up paying for the duplicate orders!

Can't believe they actually ask a customer to pay for their website error! I will never shop with them again!

Worst ever!

I recently ordered a $50 canvas wedding gift. When ordering it was "recommended" that I get the 2" wrapped canvas for an up charge. (I did). When the proof was on the screen, it was a flat proof of how the product would look. When I got the actual product it was NOTHING like the proof. One of the people in the picture has his entire face wrapped around the side of the canvas on the 2" border. I called and after sending almost 7 pictures, I was answered with and email saying "we are sorry but this is how your proof look and we realize mistakes happen, so here is 30% off to reorder" ARE YOU SERIOUS? I can tell you that i will NEVER recommend this company to anyone and plan to make sure that all who visit or try to order from this site are aware how lacking their need for customer satisfaction or repeat business is. The Better Business Bureau should be aware as well.

I've ordered personalized mugs, cups and golf balls, they all turned out amazing, loved them and they made great gifts. Sometimes I was not able to find what I was looking for online so its nice to be able to design your own gifts for friends and family. We ordered wedding labels, they turned out perfect, exactly what we wanted and could not find anywhere else. I've ordered cards for weddings & anniversaries and they all turned out great, were a reasonable price, even with shipping they were still on par with store prices... and they we personalized to each person or couple which made them more special than store bought.

I ordered a frame for a gift to my niece who had just had her baby. The frame arrived in tact, but did not have the correct information on it. Instead of 19' or 19 inches repeating, it said 19 over and over. It just doesn't make sense. Their response when I ask if it can be redone, was 'you approved it' 'we clearly ask online before you submit'. Ok, you might have clearly asked... but it wasn't clear the way it was laid out online as to whether or not the word inches was needed. Besides, it's clearly a frame for an infant that has birth specific information. If a live person would be approving this before it hits the production line, it would be helpful, because this would not have happened. I clearly meant 19 INCHES! But after you sign off online, it's a signed deal! There's no calling immediately after to ask them to make corrections... they don't care. Whatever happened to quality assurance? Just glad there are other places to order personalized items from... I need more from customer service than some robot on 'Live Chat' who obviously has no personal skills.

Ordered a mug for Father's Day which arrived broken in 3 places. I have now called 3 times and have been told each time to send in a picture of the broken mug. Each time I have sent the email with the picture attachment and when I call back to see why the new mug has not been sent they tell me they never received the picture. I asked to speak to a manager the 3rd time I called and was told there was no manager to speak to... sounds very shady to me. I will not be using this site again and I advise everyone to look elsewhere for personalized products!

I was helping my grandmother design a doormat for the animal hospital she works at, and when I was finished with the design, and went to check out and order the thing, all it did was tell me there was an "error 101" in processing and have me start over again. I decided to give up and try another site after the 5th time getting the error, and I googled reviews, only to find that I'm not the only unsatisfied visitor. Quite the disappointment.

Broken mugs!

I ordered 2 photo mugs for the grandparents of my kids. I received a box containing the coffee mugs with no bubble wrap or anything. The ceramic us were broken to pieces. Called customer service and after sending an email of the broken mugs they said they would replace them. "free of charge" well I freaking hope I wouldn't have to pay another 30 bucks. Why in the world wouldn't you bubble wrap mugs? Never ordering from them again..

Not good quality

I ordered 6 coffee cups and it says on tgere to review your picture cause they don't do any touch ups. So I did and my kids eyes are black underneath and its not what tge picture looked like on there webpage. Very disappointed.

Unreliable company

I ordered a gift for my goddaughter's communion and it was sent to the wrong post office, thus making the gift not arrive on time for the communion. I'd much rather stick to Amazon. They deliver what they promise. If you need a gift for a certain day, I suggest you don't order it from Personalizationmall.com.

I think it's a case by case thing when it comes to shipping time. I live in Canada and this company rushed the products out to me just in time for Christmas - we are talking a very last minute order during the most busy time of the year... and they pulled it off!

One issue that I do have is that some of their products are restricted to US states. They blamed the weight/size restrictions on cross border shipping, but come on, I wanted to buy a teeny tiny light weight piece of jewlery. That's ridiculous. At least make up a better bs reason.

Received approx $150 dollars worth of customized product which I had ordered after the holiday (Easter) for which I had ordered it. Paid $35.00 for one -day express shipping. Since weather was the reason for the delay, I didn't actually expect a refund on the product because they can't control the weather(although many more sophisticated customer-service oriented companies would have offered that - understanding that a happy customer is a customer for life). What I didn't expect was an offer of refunding me the difference between express shipping ($35) and regular shipping of ($12.) packaged as " we're going out on a limb here." Huh? If you are going to refund the shipping, why carve out the $12.00? I was told that they "had to re-coup our loss." Um... what about the profit on $150 worth of items. Had they simply refunded the whole shipping cost - I would have been fine - but the fact that the head of customer service ( apparently related to the owner) made a big deal about the $12.00 on a $140 order is just plain short sighted and silly. Not once did anyone I spoke with say they were sorry that I didn't get my order in time for Easter. Not one.

I purchased 2 items for my mother's birthday. I ordered on a tuesday and paid $20 delivery to get it in 2 days. It was friday and i didn't receive anything. One week later and still I don't have the present in my hands. PERSONALIZATIONMALL.COM SUCKS IN EVERY FREAKING LEVEL. I AM NEVER EVER EVER PURCHASING FROM THIS SITE AGAIN AND TELLING EVERY1 I KNOW TO NOT BUY FROM THERE. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PIECE OF JUNK PLACE THAT WILL CHARGE YOU SO MUCH SHIPPING FOR NOTHING. AS SOON AS I GET MY PACKAGE I'M RETURNING AND GETTING IT BACK. THE ANGER THAT IVE BEEN THROUGH IS NOT WORTH IT.

I ordered personalized golf towel for my clients 70th birthday. He golfs around the world. His name looked like it was ironed on and the coloring was only on the surface of the towel fibers. Just moving the towel or scratching the name and it's basically is white like the towel. Im too embarassed to give it to him it such poor quality!
Also for Valentines, I bought the island paradise canvas print where you personalize your name and parteners name with anniversary date into the heart in the sand. The image is so blurry and pixelated, I was embarrassed to give it to my hubbie. Who would buy and hang up a blurry photo on their wall?! These guys are on crack or from China.
I also bought 2 peraonlized workout towels that were scartchy as hell.
I asked for a refund on the golf towel and canvas since I didn't think they would give me a refund on the entire order. They honored the golf towel but said that the canvas image- "that's how it comes!" Blurry :/ Someone needs to shut them down for misrepresenting themselves, skewing the reviews, and selling products that are not suitable for sale. Very Fraudulent company taking advantage of innocent people and making millions of dollars.

Misrepresentation
February 19, 2015

Ordered a memorial windchime, it was stated that it was an impressive 27".
When I received the chimes were less than 12"
When they were asked, they stated that it is measured from hanging hook to windcatcher.
A total ripoff.
No return policy on this, just store credit.

Not thrilled. Ordered a magnet for the outside on a stake. My fault I ASSumed if you buy a magnet the stake would come with or how else would you use the item? Even if the stake came up as a separate item suggested that would spark your attention! Poor marketing and deceiving. I called customer service and they said that they are sold separate so you can change out the magnet (who does that) unless the magnet is not made to last?
