Really impressed with both the wide selection and the speed at which I received my order. I have placed two orders with them in the last couple months, a play backpack for my niece and most recently a note cube for my dad. Both times my orders arrived very quickly which I was surprised at for personalized products and were exactly as I expected. I am already picking out holiday gifts, the blankets look beautiful with so many design options, can't wait to place my next order.
I recently bought a hockey stick for my cousin who is a huge blackhawks fane... on the photo everything looked good but when it was delivered the "L" in blackhawks was none existent and the "E" in Kane was half off the stick... they wouldn't replace it and said there was nothing they could do for me... so I am out $20 And left with a gift I cannot give to my cousin... Horrible experience I will never shop from them again!
Their "personalization" is a sticker with the person's name on it. No wonder it was so cheap! I will not order through this company again.

I found an error I made immediately after placing my order. I emailed the correction but they didnt open the email until after it was shipped. They wont replace my order.

I ordered a Christmas gift for my father and it totally was not what I expected. I called customer service and was told very bluntly by a rep that there were no returns on personalized items. I am very displeased and disappointed not only with the item but with the so called customer service. All Calls Should Be Recorded! I will be telling my IG followers, Facebook, Family and Friends to never order anything for this company.

I had photos taken of my daughter for graduation and was looking for a way to have multiple images printed on a canvas, Personaliztionmall.com had many options for collage canvases at a great price! I was able to have a beautiful 3 photo canvas made, and the quality was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful way for me to display my daughter's gorgeous graduation photos!
No help, they churn and burn. Don't try to get something done right or expect customer service to even pretend they care. These are usually personal items- they mean a lot to people, so customer service should acknowledge that when people are trying to get it done right. They say they offer you freedom to place text but you can't put it where you want- it has to go where they place it even if it's in an awkward position. They say they will help you with it but when you talk to customer service they won't lift a finger. I placed an order at 3am and called this morning to ask to merely slide the text down because the template doesn't allow it and they claim it shipped out. REALLY? It's a 10 day turn around and within hours they got the order, processed it, printed it and packaged in to ship. That's efficient. I wish my household ran that militant! NOT! They are also liars!
Weve ordered at least a couple dozen items from Personalization Mall and so far, weve been very happy with the products and their quality. They always have some specials or deals available and while some of the items seem ridiculously overpriced, they do have a good selection of gifts that are great quality and inexpensive, especially when compared to other stores that sell similar products. Last Christmas we ordered a custom printed sign that turned out crooked when got it, so we contacted customer service and they sent a replacement without a charge. Overall, its a great place for gifts, especially if youre not sure what to get someone.
I ordered a blanket in April. It was great. So I ordered a second one in August. The first thing I noticed was the first picture was a baby and eyes were cut off and the color of that picture was much darker than the preview I approved. The dress was pink but on the blanket you could barely see it. I called and was ask to send a picture which I did. 4 days LATER I got a reply that if they redid it would be the same. I am so disappointed and do not recommend you use them because they will try to make you believe it was your fault!

This company SUCKS! Ordered a print with my family names on it. Arrived much darker than what showed on the website. Could not read it from 5 feet away. The company sent the case through their "quality assurance department" who said it was made correctly and the could / would not make it better. Furthermore, they refused to give me a refund. I had to go through PayPal to get my money back. STAY AWAY!

PersonalizationMall.com made my day! I made the mistake of ordering these from a different company. After two weeks and my deadline coming closer, they still had not been shipped. I promptly cancelled that order and began looking for another place to get these. After finding PersonalizationMall.com, I decided to give it a try. During a holiday week, I ordered these on a Monday evening, paid for expedited shipping, and had these by Friday. Seriously good service! Also, the picks look amazing! Thank you PersonalizationMall.com! P.S. Even with expedited shipping, PM.com was cheaper than the other company too. Will definitely do business here again!
Ordered 2 Baby personalized Mini bats which had the babies names, birth date, weight and length of the baby. Could hardly see the engravings. Called the company and they requested I send them an email with pictures. Sent the info but have NOT heard back!

This business is extremely corrupt. They sent my package to an address that I used 8 yrs ago. I placed an order with my new address and I am not sure how they got my old address since I always register as a guest. Since I didn't catch their mistake, I am out $50. They take absolutely no responsibility for their error. There costumer service reps are horrible and were no help. Think twice when ordering from this company. If they make a mistake, it is your fault.
I ordered a personalized name box for my mom for mother's day. I checked everything before I gave it to my mom and noticed that my nieces name was spelled wrong. I called customer service who pretty much said to bad so sad and never refunded me anything. I will never order from them again. Terrible customer service and also very rude.
The order came to $65 and wasn't even nothing like the picture online. My glass clock with a poem on it was so small, it's crazy. Also the "guaranteed Mother's Day delivery" is bs. My item came 2 days after please do not waste your money, nor bother trying.

I truly had the best experience ordering from this company. From placing my order to the fix of a incorrect shipping address. I received my package in time for Mother's Day as promised and the blankets are beautiful! I will definitely be ordering from here again
I'm seeing terrible reviews regarding this site. I ordered a glass heart with my wedding vows engraved for my wife to be on our wedding day. Had I looked at the reviews before ordering I probably would not have ordered it. But I'm glad I did! Beautiful manuscript! Everything spelled out correctly just as I ordered it. Not a scratch on it or imperfection. When I showed it to my wife's bridesmaid she busted out in tears and told me how beautiful it was. It was delivered to me as promised on time. This was a very important gift that will last a lifetime for my wife and I. I'm Very happy with my order!
Ordered an item 14 days prior to Mother's Day. In fairness, there was a banner over the item that initially said it was not available for delivery before Mother's Day, however... There was another banner with a coupon code that said if I used the code I'd be guaranteed free shipping before Mother's Day. So, I decided to proceed with the order. After I entered the code, guess what? It said I was guaranteed to have it before Mother's Day! I went ahead with the order, and the confirmation message popped up again. Strangely, about an hour later someone actually called me on the phone and said they needed to verify my billing address (weird because it was ON THE ORDER). She casually asked me if I had noticed that the item was not eligible to be received prior to Mother's Day. I told her I didn't understand, because after entering the code it said otherwise. She said I probably didn't see all the disclaimers because I ordered it using my iPhone! Later I emailed and even sent a screen shot of the confirmation page I saw after ordering, but got the same response.
I told them to go ahead with the order... The little pendant I ordered was really sweet, and I'm hoping it will look as good as in the picture. I'll just get to have an awkward moment on Mother's Day when I get to tell her "your gift is on the way!"
They have the worst customer service I have received in a long time. I ordered marble bookends for a graduating law student that were personalized. When they arrived they were scratched badly and had a large white mark on them. Customer service told me to send in pictures and then replied that this was veining in the marble, and another set would look just like it. Then said, we hope to have your business again soon! Wow, really all in the same breath. I would not give these to anyone, they look so beat up. Not sure how I will afford to buy another graduation gift for my son, but I will not buy anything else from personalization mall.

Answer: They won't fix it. I called customer service and they pretty much said to bad. Also they may make you a new one but charge you 50% and the shipping charge.
Answer: I wouldn't if I was you. Use another company if you can. I haven't received the order I placed over 20 days ago. Don't recommend them at all. My experience.
