I absolutely love ordering from this company. They are fast and reliable. Most recently there was an incident where my local post office caught fire... all my items smelled of smoke. I contacted the organization and after a few quick email exchanges, they have agreed to replace and ship my items for free. I cannot say enough good things about this company.
Ordered invites with RSVP date printed. Going to have to text or call everyone to extend date. My delivery has not come yet. Tracking number says cannot be found or has been deleted on the UPS site. Paid $9.99 to receive it in 2-4 days. It's been 1 1/2 weeks. Called customer service and their response was "well It's coming up fine on my end". I asked if I'll be reimbursed or faster shipping with regular price on my next order or some discount. She said "no. Unfortunately UPS won't reimburse them so we can't reimburse you. It left fine on our end".
I replied, well thank you for no help really... She laughed and said "ok"...
I guess now I have to play the waiting game or try to hunt down my package with UPS myself... How fun
Beware of doing business with this company. They have a customer service department that could not care less about their customers. You'll probably be fine as long as there is not a problem with your order, but if you do run into a snag - you're on your own to try to fix it! They seem to have a "sorry, too bad" policy when something goes wrong.

Ordered a memorial ornament of my grand-baby; they sent the item, however, it was flawed! It had a blurry spot on two letters. And when I notified them of this, their response was for me to send them a pic of it so they could "review" it. Such an unbelievable response! My heart was broken when I saw this ornament and then they want me to go to extra bother (on my part) so they can "determine" IF they want to do the right thing! Well, it's already too late for them to do the right thing! They shouldn't have sent me such an item! Too many people attempting to get away with shoddy business these days! BEWARE! DON'T BOTHER DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE-THEY'LL BREAK YOUR HEART!

I ordered my items on Nov 23 2017, and just received it on Dec 23 2017. It said it would be shipped UPS, but not that UPS delivers it to the post office and then it is shipped by slooooowwww boat. They emailed me that it was guaranteed to be received by Christmas, they were right, but I can't mail it out in time for Christmas. I will not order from them again.

The ornament I ordered looks a little cheap... it was cheap I can live with that. But why does my ornament stink like fire/smoke? I had to throw away the pouch it came with... serious smoke smell... I MEAN STINK! Nobody else had this issue?

I received my custom picture frame with no picture in that I had ordered. They told me it was never uploaded. I have proof that my image number came through to the order and that I actually viewed my picture in the frame. I offered to pay the extra bucks if they would still print and send me my picture. They flat out REFUSED. Just look at most of the other reviews and you'll see they won't do whatever it takes to please the customer. No satisfaction guaranteed with this company!

I was terrified when I placed my order. I didn't read the reviews until after the fact. It's almost Christmas and I placed an order for gifts for the grandparents with special engravings on everything. I had never used the site before and after seeing the reviews, I was extremely worried. I paid extra for the 2 day shipping. Totally worth it! Everything was delivered in perfect shape and exactly how I hoped it would be! I will definitely be using this site again and recommending them to others!
$#*! was $#*!ed up. Invisible type, misspelled names, and one phrase came in what looks to be in Mandarin Chinese. Absolutely zero customer service. Seriously, Zero customer service!

Worst customer service of my life. Selected two-day express shipping so I could receive the item in time for a trip. Did not receive item on time. Customer Service initially refused to reimburse express shipping rate. Finally received item in mail days later and it was the wrong item! After NO APOLOGY from the company, they agreed to ship me the ACTUAL ITEM I ORDERED but through economy shipping. So to sum up, it's been two weeks and I have yet to receive the order which was guaranteed for two-day shipping. DO NOT ORDER IF YOU WANT IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS!

My wife ordered us an ornament with pictures from our Wedding in July. The document that came with it clearly has an Mc for our last name, but the ornament itself the "c" looks like an "a"... there is a c in my first name so I know what the lower case c is supposed to look like.
Their customer service said that she approved the proof and they were not going to fix it. Regardless of the proof it looks whatever they use to make it had a smudge or something because it clearly looks like an a
Run away from this company. It looks like some people had good experiences, but is it really worth it looking at all of the bad reviews?

Just FYI: I placed an order (Christmas gifts for my son's teachers) at the beginning of November 2017. They sent me an email that the order had been shipped with tracking number. When I clicked on this tracking number, I kept getting "no information available" since Nov 17. I called UPS, I was told I should call Personalization Mall bc they never got the package. When I called Personalization Mall, I was told they gave the package to UPS and it was out of their control. I got bounced back and forth between PM and UPS. PM finally told me they would do an investigation and that would take 7-10 days. I told them I needed that package by Dec 15 for the teachers. They basically responded that I must wait for them to investigate. I demanded a refund. Once again, I was told I must wait for them to investigate. They refused to resend the package to me! I was a faithful customer. I ordered so much from them and they didn't even take that into consideration. I will NEVER order anything from this place again

I am rewriting an earlier review of PersonalizationMall because a customer service representative (Patricia) read my negative review, contacted me, and made it right by by sending me a new custom engraved wood ornament that originally arrived defective. Whatever negative opinion I originally formed about their satisfaction guarantee was more than made up by the effort that was made to rectify my issue- I especially appreciated the Fedex Next Day Delivery that delivered my keepsake ornament in time for Christmas. The replaced ornament was craftily made and arrived as described. I will definitely do business with them going forward.

I recently purchased an ornament for each of my sons. 1 was the engagement double sided ornament, the picture I used was 1 I had taken. Both sides of the ornament were beautiful. The other ornament had a picture on each side. I was delighted with the finished product, the pictures were so clear & perfect. I will most certainly order from this company again!
PM's failure to prepare for their Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales cost me big time! I had 2 products in my cart and ready to go (on sale for 30% less AND free shipping because the amount qualified) but then one of the items (the personalized casserole dish) became "unavailable and on back order." I called Customer Service and explained what happened and basically was told "oh, well" and that there was nothing that she could do. Then she "generously" gave me a coupon (ORDER20) to help me out. BIG DEAL! This is the same coupon currently being offered to everyone, and the amount to receive free shipping has nearly doubled. The casserole dish is now back in stock but no longer on sale. Were I to go ahead and place my order it would be over $30 more for the same purchase - AND it was PersonalizationMall's fault (not mine) as they failed to plan for one of larger sales of the year. I have purchased from PM before but I highly doubt that I will ever shop here again. HORRENDOUS customer service. Any upper level PM managers willing to make this right? I'd love a response and the opportunity to re-write this review.
I ordered a personalized Christmas ornament to honor my husband of 30 years who passed away this year. The choices available were wonderful, the prices reasonable and the work they did was amazing. The ornament is beautiful, and I received it so quickly, in less than a week. It will be a family keepsake for years to come. I highly recommend PersonalizationMall.

During Cyber Monday they claimed 30% off everything. Total scam. When I called to talk to them, they were rude. When I asked to speak to a manager I was put on eternal hold. Called back, the 2nd customer service rep was a little more friendly, told me she would get back to me and now 2 days later. Nothing. They also give fake names so no use asking.
Hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. They were so rude. I will never shop here again and I'll make sure my family never does either. Rude and unprofessional.

I've ordered from Personalization Mall many times, and have been very satisfied EVERY time! I put a wrong last name on a gift, so I called them to change it and they quickly resolved the issue before the item was personalized. I will continue to give them 5 star rating and great reviews as long as they continue the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I definitely will refer others to PersonalizationMall.com

Answer: They won't fix it. I called customer service and they pretty much said to bad. Also they may make you a new one but charge you 50% and the shipping charge.
Answer: I wouldn't if I was you. Use another company if you can. I haven't received the order I placed over 20 days ago. Don't recommend them at all. My experience.
