Absolutely annoyed and highly unsatisfied dealing with this company. Ordered a package on September 9th and it's arriving September 22nd. F+ for no compassion as it is for my grandfather who is ill. Wouldn't recommend company at all and this is my first and last purchase.
Greetings to all. I received a personalized pen as a gift from my wife. The pen is horrible. It is a twist mechanism and every time I twist to open it, it rubs against the body of the pen causing damage. I slowly twists shut as I write. The box was a wooden box with no protective liner, so it ruins the pen further since the pen rattles around in the box.
I told customer service about the problem and their basic response was "Sorry I cannot help you".
Buyer beware... do not waste your time or money!
I was told my order would be delivered via FedEx in about 10 days. Twenty days later I still had not received my order. I emailed and was told it would be there in just a few more days. Three days later still no delivery. I had ordered a present for a party that was now past.
I requested a refund for the shipping fee I paid and if I had not received my order by the end of the week I wanted a full refund. They said no to both. I finally did get the order about 30 days late and it was not delivered by FedEx, but rather the US Postal Service. For what I paid for shipping fee they could have sent it Priority Mail second day and I would have had it very timely. Rather they sent it FedEx, who then handed it off to the US Postal Service.
I will never use them again.
I ordered an Item and used a coupon, the $9.00 was removed from my total and I was to be charged $63.84, But then when the Purchase went through I was Charged $73.42 instead. The $63.84 was including shipping&handling and taxes, so I have no idea where the extra $9.58 came from. Kinda bogus if you ask me...
I was really worried once i ordered this because only after i ordered did i check the reviews, and this is a gift for my close friends anniversary. But i continued on and hoped for the best... andni don't regret it! They loved the gift and it came exactly as it was previewed to me on the website. Im so happy it worked out and came just in time. It arrived 12 days from the day i ordered which isnt bad at all especially for a customized item. I think other reviewers need to understand that once an item is shipped its not in their control. Im glad that the shipping worked well for me though, great tracking and it came when it said it would. Im really happy with this. Just so we're clear this is also a big gift (custom large i think queen sized blanket) so im surprised of all things this came perfect. Overall Im pleased with shipping, the product, and the website. So worth the money they are really happy with the gift. Also in the picture it may look distorted but thats because its placed on a pool table for the picture... so not completely flat. But it looks amazing. For reference i put what the preview was on the site just to show it came just like i had created it.
One size fits all, if your a basketball and want a bunch of space for germs to enter because of all the gaps. Death Trap. Bought a large adult and it was made for a bear or lions face.
Do not order from this company you will definitely guaranteed without a doubt get ripped off their product and service is garbage I personally ordered from them and will never order from them again not only was my product not right but I lost my money and you will too I guarantee it
I uploaded pictures for a shower curtain until their system stopped giving me warnings that I needed a different picture. Then it showed a preview and the preview looked fine. What they shipped me was horrible. It was blurry and looked nothing like the picture I uploaded. This place is a scam. Then they refuse to give me a refund even though I proved my case by sending pictures. This place is a ripoff! I'm telling everyone I can along with putting reviews of this place everywhere. I am also contacting BBB
Purchase a door mat. It arrived with white blotches all over the front. This was a gift and is HORRIBLE. Called to have it replaced or refunded. Rep was terse and nasty. She said absolutely no refund unless I sent it back at my expense. She said "you picked it, you brought, it is yours". Please don't buy from this company. Especially if it a gift.
So i initially was looking for a random gift for my husband when i ran into this website. I immediately loved the customized robe idea since i had been wanting to get him a robe for quite some time. After ordering the robe i decided to check out their reviews (please always check reviews before hand) and to my surprise, all reviews where horrible! They terrified me! Bad customer service, bad products, late shipping and all! I was like... dang! And praying it would be a different outcome for me. I later decided to just email them and tell them to cancel the order disregarding the numerous comments about them being unable to cancel orders. Well... my package arrived 2 days later a total of 6 days after order! The robe was beautifully made, soft and warm! The stitching was well done and it looked exactly the way it looked in the photo! I was very impressed and happy with my purchase. I never got an email back but its okay because it was better than i expected! I had to do a positive review after the countless negative reviews that i have read about this site! Thank you personalized mall for making my experience a good one and i hope everyone the best of luck with their orders!
Oh my goodness. Personalization Mall sells the VERY WORST merchandise I have ever seen. Don't waste your $ or your time with these folks. They have nothing of value in their line.
Personalized bath towel ($29.00) looks like the design was spray painted on. Just nasty.
I ordered a personalized item on 7/11. It still hasn't arrived. Today is 7/22

I called today, customer service argued with me that it doesn't say that. Will not do anything about it. I will not purchase anything from them again, and i suggest you don't either if your expecting to receive your items.
I called since the first set of masks did not match in ear loop size only to be told they should have toggle in the bag. NOPE not a thing and the ear loops are not even elastic. I sent over a picture so they said ok we will replace your order. I get the replacement today and the color is WAY! They finally have elastic ear loops but the elastic is so thin and ready to break. The fabric color is not even close and I got 2 cheap rubber pieces that are suppose to be the adjusters. What a joke! Do not waste your time or money!
I absolutely love the gift I ordered and will be ordering again for sure. L could not be happier. They did everything beautifully. I would recommend their gifts to everyone.
Placed an order for a Father's Day gift on 05/04/20 of course immediately the business takes payment but does not ship your item at the expected delivery date and an estimated date between June 15-20th for my shipment to arrive but today is June 28th and still the order has not been processed. I will never buy from this company again.
I placed an order over a week ago and was informed that ECONOMY shipping will be delayed until July 31st. Really? The post office isn't closed and I paid for shipping... that just means they don't want to put it in the mail. Never ordering here again - this was a gift.
By far the worst experience I've ever had ordering online. How this company stays open is purely a scam. They take your money & then take MONTHS to ship your items. I finally received my items & lo and behold, the item is not correct! I call for my replacement & they say they don't know when it will ship because of COVID, which has been their excuse for everything. The supervisor called me back 4 DAYS AFTER I called about my order being wrong, even though I was told I would receive a call within 24 hours, and started off by reading basically a statement about COVID, then stops & says oh, you received an incorrect item. All that means is they don't care about customer issues & are just giving everyone the same scripted excuse. My order was placed April 9th. Today is June 16th. This is not a new order. It's an order that should be expedited because of their lack of care to fully examine orders to make sure they're going out correctly. They willingly & expeditiously take your money & then leave you up in the air about when you'll receive your stuff, or the right order at that. A company should try to make their clients happy & that is not what they even make an attempt to do. An error on their behalf should be rectified right away, not just oh, we don't know when we can ship it out, but you'll get it one day. Ridiculous. The only thing they want to mention is a refund. I don't want a refund. I want my order to be rectified & shipped to me immediately. All of the horrible reviews people leave are completely true. Bad communication, processing time, & customer service. Product review is clearly something they don't even do. And honestly, they should have stopped taking orders & people's money if they were going to blame everything on COVID.

I tried to order $62 gifts. The site offered me $5 off as a new customer (emailed me the code) and later said my order was eligible for free shipping. At check-out they added a $2.99 shipping surcharge, rejected my free shipping code, rejected my $% off code and offered me shipping $9 to get it in a month, $14 to get it in two months! It reminds me of record clubs - the prices just keeps getting higher and higher and higher.
Ordered on 4/14/20 it was a gift for someone still haven't received it now saying could be mid June before i get it so disappointed

Answer: They won't fix it. I called customer service and they pretty much said to bad. Also they may make you a new one but charge you 50% and the shipping charge.
Answer: I wouldn't if I was you. Use another company if you can. I haven't received the order I placed over 20 days ago. Don't recommend them at all. My experience.
