THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY HAVE TURNED OFF THEIR PHONES DUE TO HIGH CALL VOLUME. THEY TELL YOU TO EMAIL THEM BUT THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR EMAIL EITHER. THEY TOOK MY MONEY A MONTH AGO BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER.
This will be the third year we've ordered family Christmas gifts from this site. These personalized gifts were such a big hit last year. Our family LOVED the custom pillows!

They take your payment but don't have the product you order nor do they refund your money. They should be shut down and arrested

I bought my grandson a personalized baseball bat 4 months ago. It didn't reach him before his birthday due to some PO address problem so it came back to personalization mall. They were supposed to charge me another 5.95 to ship, but charged me for the bat all over again along with shipping charges! I will never do business with them again snd I have 23 grandchildren. Don't patronize them unless you you want to be ripped off!

Ordered my item back on Nov. 18th and paid $7.49 for shipping, which is outrageous, but I really liked the personalized item and it wasn't too much so it justified the cost of shipping. Item shipped out on Nov. 23rd, which is 3 business days later, no problems as that is what was stated, but they used Pitney Bowes to ship my item. My item has been sitting at a distribution center for a week at a time and is still not here on Dec. 8th.
The reason for a two star review, poor shipping service. This was going to be a gift and it looks as if I am going to have to find something else. I don't even know what the quality is because it hasn't shown up yet, 14 BUSINESS days later after PAYING $7.49 for shipping.
This could have been on my front step within the next week if they had used, I don't know? USPS, FedEx or maybe UPS? I'd give them a pass if it were free shipping, but $7.49 to ship a $18 item is beyond me. Guess I'll keep waiting...

I ordered the personalized Christmas pillow for my son's family. Talk about cheap. It was small and the material was thin and faded looking. It looked like it was from the dollar store and cost over $35. Save your money. Shop elsewhere. VERY disappointed!

I will never use this company again. I ordered a Christmas present back in November and I have not seen it yet. This happened another time and they had to resend the product. I sat on hold with customer service Because the tracking hadn't changed in over a week. I used my husbands card to shop and they would not speak to me. So I hung up unsatisfied. My husband works 7-7 and cannot talk to them. Waste of money that was for me because I will probably never see the item. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Covid mask was ordered, picture was approved for a personal mask. The one they sent was totally off center, lips were on cheek and part of nose was gone. They sent me a picture of the approved mask which I sent back to them along with a picture of the Mask I received so they could compare and see the mistake and they have never made it right. My daughter ordered this for me and she ordered about 25 or 30 masks. They still will not make this right. Very disappointed I would never ever order things from this company. Their customer service does not happen. If I could I would give this a minus five stars.

I ordered three commemorative Christmas Ornaments with an image of my recently deceased mother as a gift to my sisters. The image they showed on the site for my purchase was very clean and bright and in focus - just like the photo I uploaded, a photo that I had worked on in Photoshop to ensure it was crisp, clear and bright. When I got it, it was discolored, dark and faded. Upon contacting their customer service, I was told the photo was correctly printed and there was nothing else they would do for me except offer me 20% off my next purchase - something I will never use because I will never buy from them again. They said my mother's face was blurry in the photo. It was not. This is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. The photo is of one of the ornaments they sent me. Poor, blurry and dark quality.

I was nervous about going with this company for some Christmas ornament gifts, but figured they don't cost a ton, so let's give them a shot. The ornaments came a few days after I ordered them and they look great! I got the matte finish. I love that I could switch around the names until the fit the way I thought was most visually appealing.

After waiting 3 weeks and another week of there company telling me it was still in transit. They finally decided to act. This was with opening an investigation for 5 days. Then remaking it and remailing it. Did not offer any upgraded mail so overall it took about 2 months to receive.
I purchased a custom photo bath mat from their website for a Christmas gift. When the bath mat arrived, it was faintly duplicated and smeared over the black caption box in the upper right hand corner. I sent an email with photos included to Personalization Mall asking them to reprint the mat due to the error. They got back to me and said that the quality was inspected and the mat was made according to the design and they would not be reprinting it. The design is not duplicated at all. The printing was their mistake. They offered me a 20% discount off of my next order. I would never purchase anything from them again. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and a PayPal dispute.
I contacted the company several times asking for a refund as my package was not delivered nor did they tell me that the delivery service that they us (UDS as they state) had returned the items to sender. They stated that the address was invalid however, the address given is the correct address as I receive mail and packages to my address frequently. They refuse to give me a refund and stated that once they get their packages back from their carrier service they would resend them. The carrier service states the packages have been returned to sender. All the while I'm stuck with no packages no refund and no gifts to give for Christmas. Buyer be wise and shop elsewhere so that you do not have to go through this same situation.

Ordered a personalized item that came in a hard to see skinny font not even close to what the stock photo resembled. I sent in a picture as requested and they would not change it. Looked like an amatuer did the personalization and you could not even see it 10' away. They would only give us 20% off. Gee thanks... that means we have something that cost us 80% that we'll throw away. That's ok, I will never use this place and I highly suggest everyone with a good experience thank your luck stars and order somewhere else next time. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They stand behind their products 100% alright... WAY BEHIND so you can't find them.
Without having an order number it is not possible to accurately address your concern. Our preview feature allows you to view a mock-up of your product before you purchase it. If your item matches the preview then we are not able to accept a return because it is personalized. The stock photos are used for reference but what you receive exactly matches the preview that you must approve.
I have ordered several products from Personalization mall and all products have been satisfying or as expected.

I received a product in the wrong color. They were just calling it the wrong color from the beginning. They were going to send me the exact same product again. I explained that I didn't want another product that was called one color and really another. Obviously whoever labeled the color was color-blind. The emailed and said I had to call them to get a refund. The agent was very rude. I understand mistakes, but poor customer service is unacceptable. I have used this company many times before. I had no idea that when I had a problem I would be treated like I was an idiot and like the problem was my fault. This agent was obviously insecure about her own knowledge and decided it would make her feel better to insult my intelligence. I will NEVER purchase from this company again!

My sister was turning 50 years old on November 10 so I had a card to go to her home 1400 Mike's from me.
Today is November 9,2020 she will be 50 years old tomorrow November 10th 2020.
Course I called the company and told him my complaint and they could really care less in the woman hung up on me. Never again do I suggest anyone to use this company she didn't even try to make it right never mind the card is a 50-year-old birthday card dated from 1970 to 2019 my sister is turning 50 not 49.
It was a card nothing specially guess of cheap quality for the price I paid. It's whatever at this point but I would never ever suggest this company to anybody under any circumstance
We cannot provide the information for 2020 as the year is not yet over. We will not have those figures until March of next year. It does state on the product page which year is used for comparison. There is nothing we could have done to fix this because it simply is not possible.
I was nervous after reading all of the negative reviews for the personalizationmall site, but I had a really positive experience. My orders came in. In about a week. Yea, it states 2 days, but shipping is delayed everywhere right now. My items were perfect! No flaws and I am so excited about giving them as gifts.

I bought golf balls, and had them personalized. I received them fast. They were personalized as I wanted. The problem was that the lettering was very small. In fact it was so small that it was difficult to make out. I'm not saying that that this company is not worth doing business with, but unless you have superman vision the personal inscription will be difficult to see.
Because a golf ball is, itself, small, the font has to be sized to fit. There is a template for the machine that adds the personalization and that is the size to which the font is set.

Answer: They won't fix it. I called customer service and they pretty much said to bad. Also they may make you a new one but charge you 50% and the shipping charge.
Answer: I wouldn't if I was you. Use another company if you can. I haven't received the order I placed over 20 days ago. Don't recommend them at all. My experience.
