The support needs to be way more better! Really need to have a 1-800 number to talk to somebody would make Perpay a lot better to use.
I bought a pair of Oakley polarized plak 2.0 xl sunglasses. That didn't fit. And you PerPay made impossible for me to return. Now I'm stuck with them. They are still in the original packaging. Thanks for nothing.

This is a great service! I wouldnt be able to get things like Dyson vacuums, Marc Jacobs bags, or Cuisinart cookware by just buying them in the store. This service allows me to choose what i want, gear my deduction around what i can afford, and have it come out of my payroll. I really dont feel like im paying for it, and that helps my limit increase along with my credit rating

What I needed at the time and absolutely love paying through direct deposit.
One thing I ordered I am not happy with at all.
And they droop my credit score by decreasing my credit limit because I was waiting for my direct deposit to go through. Annnd I get paid weekly and their payment schedule shows biweekly payments so I actually pay more than I am expected and they still dropped my credit limit which lowered my credit score.

I like the way they get the order ship out and it helps you build credit
No seriously this is an amazing concept and shopping experience. You can split the payments into 4,8, and even 10 pay periods. I love that there's a variety of options from toilet paper to furniture to Xboxes. Amazing amazing. Only down side is stuff is a bit more expensive than if you got it in the store but the conveniency makes up for the prices.
Worry free and no stress while purchasing quality products and a payment plan that beneficial to my need (no late payment fees and no missed payments). The approval requirements/process was made known upfront Like the quote says, "Good things come to those that wait;" waiting for the first allotment to process before getting my merchandise was well worth the wait!
I found Perpay around the first of Dec. 2023 while I was trying to figure out how to get the "bigger" ticket items my kids wanted (not expected, wanted). I was nervous that I had to set it as an actual payroll deduction, well more like a deposit acct for part of my payroll. Anyways I gave it a go and sure enough after my first payment my order shipped and I received it within I think 3-4 days. Having it come directly out of my check actually ended up working well, since I didn't see it in my checking acct on payday it was like I didn't even miss that money. On top of getting my kids what they wanted it also raised my credit score over 30 points AND I was approved for the Perpay credit card! Sure the items were a little more expensive than most retail stores but when you have challenged credit you pay the price. Ive since paid off my first marketplace order and Im maintaining my credit card which is paid the same way. Perpay gave me a chance when a lot of others denied me.
Stuff always gets here fast, easy as heck to pay. And before i know it ive gotten every game console and tons of games for em and i dont make a lot!
Everything was very easy I bought a television. It was great. All I had to do was just set up direct payments.

Answer: They are 100% reliable. I have ordered multiple nothings NEVER had an issue. If I reached out to customer service they respond within 24hours. Try it once and you won't be disappointed.
Answer: I don’t think my answer would help you now, if you do not have access to your payroll software then tell them account numbers you wish to add and how much to deduct and keep track because you decide whether you are paying for 8,16, or 20 weeks and depending on which the amount of is higher if paying in 8 or much less if paying off in 20.
Answer: The truth is, when I had an issue, I wished there was customer service number but, you have to send email and they will respond till your problem is resolved, but that is how they keep the cost down no additional fees, no interest. They respond usually quickly.
Answer: Yup! I use it pretty often. I have terrible credit and it helps me get things. Not to mention after using them for a while they also gave me a credit card with a $500 limit!
Answer: I guess on the software for individual payroll company used, mine spli my check in muliple account example 30% to one account then account Perpay amount say it’s 25 dollars weekly for however many weeks and balance of my check to another account.
