Takes to long to get your orders approved after you have already placed an order
Thank you for taking the time to reach out and send me the information on my account that someone has been adding extra accounts in my name making accounts thank god they didn't use up my accounts and make it a fraud issue I appreciate your fast response and fixing everything so I can now do my shopping.

Your response time is beyond horrible. Then when someone does help they don't answer questions that's being asked. Someone was helping then after I completed a step the person left chat or something because I was never told what the next step is. I've been trying to withdraw my cash from this account being that I need for an emergency, I've been getting in little to no help at all. This had been going on for almost 4 days now. I have a Td Bank account thts on file that I need the funds transfered to and seems like no one over there wants to help. Please email ASAP or call me so I can settle this issue.
My experience was very easy and straightforward. I got to buy my kids Christmas gifts and open a line of credit to help build positive credit. Each payment is deducted out of payroll via direct deposit so you don't even have to think about it or accidentally miss a payment. I would recommend this to anyone.
I ordered a new Xbox Series X. Unfortunately, there was no bundle like the PS5 but it came fast and with the payments coming out of my check,its quite easy to pay it off.

I haven't had any issues with perpay! Every agent in every department are swift and accurate when it comes to helping anyone. What we as customers have to understand is customer service representatives are human just like anybody else and they can only do so much but try to go above and beyond for the ones that need help.
I had an issue on an order and I have never used per pay before. THEO was very helpful on tracking an item that wasn't showing up on the tracking. THEO tracked and found my package location and time to be delivered. He was very respectfully and worked fast,but efficient, thank you very much THEO
So after about 10 emails of the same messages I was able to finally communicate with someone with out receiving another automated message. The Perpay agent is Thierry who responded to my concern who also responded with appropriate communication who also provided me with assurance that my issue will be resolved. That is how you communicate with your customers especially if we are the ones doing business with you. So shout out Thierry great job. You may be the only reason I shop again online 💪🏻

My package that I absolutely needed for business, hasn't arrived at all. I have received poor communication on my package and everyone keep asking the same questions but no one is updating except the automated service! It's been since December 5th, 2024... No update, and this was very much needed!

Answer: They are 100% reliable. I have ordered multiple nothings NEVER had an issue. If I reached out to customer service they respond within 24hours. Try it once and you won't be disappointed.
Answer: I don’t think my answer would help you now, if you do not have access to your payroll software then tell them account numbers you wish to add and how much to deduct and keep track because you decide whether you are paying for 8,16, or 20 weeks and depending on which the amount of is higher if paying in 8 or much less if paying off in 20.
Answer: The truth is, when I had an issue, I wished there was customer service number but, you have to send email and they will respond till your problem is resolved, but that is how they keep the cost down no additional fees, no interest. They respond usually quickly.
Answer: Yup! I use it pretty often. I have terrible credit and it helps me get things. Not to mention after using them for a while they also gave me a credit card with a $500 limit!
Answer: I guess on the software for individual payroll company used, mine spli my check in muliple account example 30% to one account then account Perpay amount say it’s 25 dollars weekly for however many weeks and balance of my check to another account.
