I have been approved for Perpay for a few years but I never used the app and one day I just happen to go into the app and I decided to check it out so I ordered a few things and I am so very pleased that I did… best app ever
It's an easy process, my only problem is I've set up my payment for more the required and has been paying the extra but when I go to purchase an item I'm forced to update my direct deposit instead of recognizing it's already more then the required amount. Causing me to have to explain to my employer why I am constantly changing my direct deposit because a fear of fraud. Still I've paid off a laptop and a mattress in no time giving me an experience of keep coming back.
Your products are extremely expensive and I am having 2nd thoughts on if I should return them.
I still have not received the luggage I ordered 19 days ago.
Love it it! I have gotten things for my family, things that they need and want. And I can make payments on.
After 2 weeks of my item not shipping i contact them and they say out of stock and to pick another item. Its been another week since ive picked one and still zero response. They've taken money each week but to item

I have had horrible customer service experiences with your company. It is nearly impossible to reach anyone with questions and it feels like I get ignored when it comes to shipping on orders that I have been approved for and have already purchased a couple big purchases and never missed a payment for. It would be nice if your company could provide better customer service

Price friendly and easy access. I like how you can choose your payment frequency
Overall my purchasing have been amazing, only thing is entering in my employer direct deposit info has to be manual, but that was a breeze once I spoke with my HR. I received my items quickly great condition and it was authentic! Customer services is great as well they contact you back very quick and don't hesitate to answer any questions you have! I'm please and now on my second order! Must say it helps with your credit as well! IM HOOKED

Shipping and delivery process is always above and beyond… I'm always expecting to receive my product within 2 weeks or so but within that same week I made the purchase my product arrives! Super impressed and very satisfied

I work for a federal government agency I applied and got approved for $1000 instant. Of course it goes up $2500. Which is great as well. This is a prepay shopping service at your convenience. Easy to setup and payments. An easily be deducted from your payroll..
Very slow. Many times my order was delivered to wrong address. You guys are taking advantage of people who don't have credit charging double for products and then high shipping too. Shame on you. When this is paid I will never do business with you again

Answer: They are 100% reliable. I have ordered multiple nothings NEVER had an issue. If I reached out to customer service they respond within 24hours. Try it once and you won't be disappointed.
Answer: I don’t think my answer would help you now, if you do not have access to your payroll software then tell them account numbers you wish to add and how much to deduct and keep track because you decide whether you are paying for 8,16, or 20 weeks and depending on which the amount of is higher if paying in 8 or much less if paying off in 20.
Answer: The truth is, when I had an issue, I wished there was customer service number but, you have to send email and they will respond till your problem is resolved, but that is how they keep the cost down no additional fees, no interest. They respond usually quickly.
Answer: Yup! I use it pretty often. I have terrible credit and it helps me get things. Not to mention after using them for a while they also gave me a credit card with a $500 limit!
Answer: I guess on the software for individual payroll company used, mine spli my check in muliple account example 30% to one account then account Perpay amount say it’s 25 dollars weekly for however many weeks and balance of my check to another account.
