I've been using Perpay for a few years now and I have zero complaints. It's helped my credit score, great product offerings, easy payment schedule/set up and customer service is responsive and timely. Couldn't ask for anything more honestly.

Perpay can be very useful to me. However, I have been using it for quite some time, and what bothers me is that I still have to wait for my direct deposit before I get my order shipped. When a customer is consistent with ordering and paying, Perpay should ship immediately. That's just my opinion. It makes customers want to keep coming back. However, my last experience almost made me give up. I placed an order and received active shipping, but my order was never shipped out. I sent numerous emails, but finally got a response when I asked to cancel after 10 days. Instead of customer service expediting my order at that point, they cancelled the order and refunded me my first payment to my Perpay credit card, which was made the Monday after I placed the order (Saturday). Disappointing!
I've ordered from Perpay 3 times already each time my experience was great. The purchase arrived rather quickly after shipment and the quality of the products were as expected with Name Brands. If you are looking to pay off items you've been wanting for a low fee, and trying to rebuild your credit, I highly recommend Perpay.
If you know how to use this card properly for both the marketplace financing and the credit with the card then it can really help you. After a few payments my credit score went up and so did my credit limit. I like that it pulls straight from my direct deposit so I don't miss a payment! Like I said you just know how to use it in a smart way. Don't go financing a bunch of bs because the interest is high af. Other than that love the card.
I love having these iPads it helps to keep my kids out of my face.
My experience with PerPay is very good. My devices were packaged neatly & nicely. My devices came rapidly. It was no hassle. Truly thinking about getting something else. I don't have one bad thing to say about PerPay! I'm thankful. My credit score also went up 10 points!

They do not care about you, and honestly this isn't what it seems everything is extremely marked up by price, most of the stuff on there is stuff no one wants or needs just stuff to get your money, the credit card is only given if you have 700+ score. Customer service is trash and bots. This company is just praying on you.

Perpay has a great selection on items that sometimes you wouldnt be able to afford. There payment system is easy and also helps out your credit.
My experience with PerPay has been exceptional. The products are quality products and shipping is fast. The only issue I've had lately is with my active shipping. I've never missed a payment and have paid off multiple products but somehow my active shipping is no longer working. Please fix this issue.

Ever since being with Perpay, I have been able to purchase items I need, regardless of my credit score! Since I started using Perpay my credit has went up 20 points!
Answer: They are 100% reliable. I have ordered multiple nothings NEVER had an issue. If I reached out to customer service they respond within 24hours. Try it once and you won't be disappointed.
Answer: I don’t think my answer would help you now, if you do not have access to your payroll software then tell them account numbers you wish to add and how much to deduct and keep track because you decide whether you are paying for 8,16, or 20 weeks and depending on which the amount of is higher if paying in 8 or much less if paying off in 20.
Answer: The truth is, when I had an issue, I wished there was customer service number but, you have to send email and they will respond till your problem is resolved, but that is how they keep the cost down no additional fees, no interest. They respond usually quickly.
Answer: Yup! I use it pretty often. I have terrible credit and it helps me get things. Not to mention after using them for a while they also gave me a credit card with a $500 limit!
Answer: I guess on the software for individual payroll company used, mine spli my check in muliple account example 30% to one account then account Perpay amount say it’s 25 dollars weekly for however many weeks and balance of my check to another account.
