So far it has been good. However the initial shipping takes a long time. There should be a way to pay the 1st payment before direct deposit starts to speed up shipment

Customer service is great! I love the convenience of shipping to my home and direct deposit payments. The quality of merchandise is top-notch.
I'm very grateful for this platform because it makes expensive items, like electronics, accessible to those who cannot pay the full amount upfront. Although compatibility with direct deposit platforms could be improved, the tedious setup is more than worth it given the results.

This is one of the best way to shop often online. And in a way I'm getting the credit and the amount through your own paycheck kind of very clever. So I give this 10 out of 10
I bought a few things on here in payments and every went great. Got what I needed and the payments were doable. Recently applied for the credit card and I am liking the service. The only issue I have is that when I make payments with the bank to pay over the minimum amount it takes about a week for those funds to become available. It's showing that my payment was excepted but i have to wait before I can use my card again. Direct deposit shows up right away and those funds are available once the money clears. It's just when I pay directly from the bank that I have an issue with.
My package was lost. I went online to chat with a virtual assistant and they cleared everything up pretty quickly. I have a replacement on the way as we speak

I've had little to no problems ordering or receiving my products. Only slight issue with communication sometimes, but overall best place I've ever used for ordering over the years and will continue to do so.
So far I am super stoked I found this app! I know the interest rate is waaaay high (seems excessively high) but I am able to buy some items for my grandkids for Christmas that otherwise I could not. I like how the payment plan is my choice and that it's reported to the 3 credit bureaus to help build my credit back up after a disastrous and financially breaking divorce. Thank you PERPAY!
Been with Perpay for several years now. The Marketplace has grown. More merchandise, nothing but the best. My next buy is a Dyson cordless vacuum. My last Dyson purple lasted over 20 years.
Prepay came into my life at a time when I couldn't get approved for anything. It's allowed me to purchase gifts for family that I never would have been able to afford. While it's a little pricy, I love it. The best part about it is I never miss the money. Things are paid off before I know it. The increases come regularly. It's great. Now I just need for them to give me a credit card.
