I am so disappointed. I ordered Xmas presents for my wife and daughter in November and still no delivery. I have sent many emails to your support team who gladly acknowledge my payment and order yet won't answer any of my return emails on where my order is. I don't know what I'm going to say to my family on Xmas day except I may have been scammed and I'm sorry

Placed an order to arrive by Christmas. Site said it would ship in 2-3 days. No notice at all and then I have to call and wait 20 minutes on hold to hear they are out of stock on the item. No apologies nothing. Awful

Ordered 3 samples to test out fragrances before purchase. I like that there's a cheap option to give them a test run. Two of them had enough to give them a fair try. The third product came in a double layered card and was supposedly.01ml. I should have realized just how small that is. It was useless, not even enough product to smell anything.
