A new and very disgusted and disappointed member to Perfume.com, my 1st order arrived at my address perfectly. However, my 2nd order never arrived. I tracked the order, delivery info says it was delivered to some address in a different city- not to my address. I contacted Customer support multiple times to get this resolved, they never responded. I sent my request's to Perfume.com Customer Service with " delivery receipts" I did get confirmations that my emails were received but absolutely no response from Perfume.com. This was a $50 bottle of perfume. I do NOT recommend them and will be canceling my account.
