First of all, let me tell you these guys, their team have morals and ethics. I placed an order, canceled it. And placed an order for a different perfume. It was almost past midnight. They responded back to me within few minutes. 😳 WOW WOW. MY ORDER WAS CANCELED AND THE OTHER ONE SHIPPED. AND WITHIN A FEW DAYS, MY REFUND WAS IN MY ACCOUNT. AND THEIR PERFUMES ARE VERY MUCH AUTHENTIC. I AM A PERFUME CONAISSEUR(FOR MEN), AND CONNAISSEUSE FOR WOMEN. SO, I COLLECT PERFUMES. AND I KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT. I only wear Beautiful by Estee Lauder and Perfume.com is the place to buy... price, fast deliver and packaged with great care. I also buy Yardley's Lavendar for sheets and bedding. You can'; t find that anywhere else. Yes, I am old and these 2 fragrances have stood the test of time without some 20-somerthing showing sexy walks or muscles!

I purchased a Paloma Picasso perfume. Upon receipt, I found the product to be rancid. I notified customer service and was advised to send it back for a refund. I sent it back and waited a long time for a refund which was not received. I called in to check on my refund. They did respond and only refunded me partially charging me for a return shipping when I called him to complain to customer service. The rep was extremely rude. Advising me as per their terms and conditions. I was not entitled for further refund. Well if the product is rancid, which is their faultthen I should not have to pay for shipping to return. It was my argument. I suggested that they at least send me a replacement. JAMES, the customer service rep absolutely refused stating that my refund was on its way to me. That is a partial refund and I'm I'm not entitled to anything else.

I challenged him on their terms and conditions as the product obviously was rancid not my fault so why should I have to payfor return shipping? James kept on repeating the same paragraph over and over again. Copied.
We understand this situation has been frustrating for you. As mentioned in our previous emails, the matter has already been reviewed and resolved in accordance with our policies, and our position remains unchanged.

Obviously perfume.com does not value their customer, not until you find out that you have a problem do you find out about their despicable, customer service and lack of. I will take this further as this is totally unethical. Yes, I don't have to shop there anymore because there are many other Options but I believe in the principal remember without your customers you have no business I'm hoping that all who have had a negative impact review it and report it and of course, not until you have an issue do you see anything wrong Sofa for all of you who have received your product And are extremely happy, that's a good thing because like yourselves over the years I have purchased high-end perfumes from this company, and and thus far I received, and everything was OK but the first time the very first time I had an issue, not caused by myself, but by their lack of quality control, I did not even so much as receive a kind word, and on top of that I had to pay to ship their rancid product back.

I asked James to provide me with the name of a supervisor or give me the contact for their head office, he refused stating that head office had nothing to do with this. James, having been in customer service and tourism for over 40 years. I have never come across an attitude like yours I would fire you on the spot. Every customer is important. Every customer deserves respect every customer should be given consideration. My life will continue and I will go on purchasing my perfumes and enjoying them, but I will certainly never visit your website people. You have a choice out there. Look at the reviews and look at your options. Thank you for taking the time to review my submission.

Was pleasantly surprised with this fragrance. Soft, yet distinguishable and suitable especially for spring and summer, although any time works! I do not think anyone would be disappointed in this particular fragrance if they are looking for a fragrance that is soft and feminine.

I mistakenly purchased perfumes that I had in my bag to be purchased when I was ready but when I clicked the purchase button unaware, I realized within 15 to 20 minutes and decided to cancel. Perfume.com refused to cancel the perchase.
They send me the perfumes without a return slip.
This frustrated me alot.
