I placed 2 orders Wednesday. Although the first qualified for free shipping, I paid the extra $9.95 for 2 day shipping. The second one I paid $5.95 for regular mail delivery. The second order arrived Saturday but the expedited shipping package didn't arrive until Monday. How much sense does that make? The company refuses to acknowledge how ludicrous this is and refund the $9.95 I paid for nothing! They are completely unhelpful and have lost a customer

I have been using a perfume called Femme made by Rochas, for the past 40 plus years. I do know this perfume and in fact have a small amount left in my last bottle purchased directly from Rochas.
I was quite excited to discover that I may have found a site that sells it at a discounted price all while claiming it is the real perfume and not an imitation.
Well, I don't think it is the real perfume. I have immediately sprayed some an my skin and immediately knew it did not smell the same at all. It has somewhat of a chemically and rancid smell mixed with a vague similar scent of Femme... I am disappointed to say the least, I should have known better and ALWAYS purchase from the original perfume house, not a store that sells at discounted prices. I had purchased 2 bottles of perfume on this same order but will never again. What's the old saying? TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!
