This online company is by far the worst to order anything from. I ordered from them 3 weeks ago and still have not received my order although it says it was delivered. I received other packages to my home that day but not my perfume. I emailed the company numerous times any nobody has gotten back to me also tried calling multiple times and no one answers the phone after holding for about 15 mins the phone automatically hangs up.

I ordered my cologne may 30th and it is june 22nd. It states it was delivered june 10th which is false! I have not received anything. I have written to your email multiple times and have been on the line with your customer service number for hours just to be hung up at the end never speaking to anyone! This is unacceptable. I cant believe you guys do business like this. Make things right by calling me back and fixing the issue or refunding my money.
My experience was fantastic for first time ordering. I had a confirmation order within minutes of placing my order and a few hours later an update stating my order was package and being shipped including a tracking number. I ordered on a Friday and received Monday! Both perfumes were new and sealed just like when I've purchased in the department store. Extremely pleased and will definitely buy from here again. Thank You!
I place my order on June 13th, 2020 and the money was taken out of my account the same day. Two days late I received an email requesting needed information to continue processing my purchase :( I immediately sent the information to the suggested customer support. And everyday I receive the same automated email after 6 pm. eastern standard time asking for the same information. Also when I call after receiving the email of no one is available to take my call nor is anyone available during regular business hours. I'm so over this company before I could get started.

I don't remember how I ended up on Perfume.com's website, but happy I did! I ordered several samples that arrived in a timely manner and very well packaged.
