I am not a first time customer and I would refer this site to everyone I know. Now, I'm not sure if I would. I had placed my order proceeded to check out applied my discount and was very pleased with the amount. While entering my shipping, billing, card info, etc... when order was confirmed the discount was gone. So now my order was about $25 more than I had planned on spending. I was very upset with this and now I don't know if I'll remain a customer...
I just order from them, I order Blue Crystal, the sent me this stank perfume called youth dew by esteree laurdel. Not even close, no one is never there to take your calls, and they won't answer your emails. They claim they will answer it in a day we'll it's 2 been 2 days still no answer to either email. And 2 emails. I think it's not a real company.
The Joy Perfume and Body Cream scent only lasts for minutes. The Joy Perfume my mother and I purchased for many years was long lasting and even settled into clothing. This Joy Perfume set does not. I am very disappointed.
Ordered Kouros 100ml about 2 weeks ago, did not receive any confirmation of order but they still took 90.6r€ from my account. Have been trying to contact them ever since and they keep giving me a ticket number but that is where the contact stops. Seriously think this is a Hoax company and would advise anyone to steer clear. I did order something from this site 4 days ago. By the look of it, there are issues with the order. I've been trying to contact the seller with no luck, endless e-mails and phone calls but there is no one on the other side to help. I don't believe that this is a real company otherwise someone would've contacted me. Such a disappointment, now I have to get through an investigation process in order to get my money back. I would not recommend perfume.com to anyone, I am very surprised to see this positive feedback, misleading!
I placed an order for several fragrances, and immediately cancelled the order when I realized an item was omitted. I immediately rectified the order... However, perfume.com still charged me for the cancelled order, in addition to the subsequent order. Several emails to their sales-and support team went unanswered. I will not purchase from them again... disappointing follow-up customer service.

This company won't do exchanges for perfumes received as gifts - even if you have the order number and receipt. They also don't answer the phones. You have to do live chat or send an email which is frustrating.
Best Perfume I have received. I ordered the perfume and delivery was so quick and it arrived early. Reasonable prices with excellent quality. All perfumes are branded. Recommended.

I don't know where to begin because their are so many great things to say about Perfume.com. They have got the biggest selection and variety of perfumes and colognes to choose from it's crazy, I'm pretty sure whatever you're looking for, they've got it!
They are always less expensive than anywhere else I've ever compared them to on, everything. It's amazing. And I'm a perfume collector so finding Perfume.com was a blessing with all the money I now save.
They are also insanely fast with fulfilling your order and getting it shipped out to you, it amazes me every time I purchase from them that within only hours of placing my order I get notification that my order has already been shipped! And I receive 2-3 days later.
They have the most awesome boxes that they ship your order in, very sturdy, strong and ensures your purchase from breaking.
If you go anywhere else to buy your perfume or cologne, you're just not using your noggin.

Placed an order on August 30th. Haven't received the order. They gladly took the money. The order had not been filled yet, and it is the middle of September. E mailed the company they blamed it on Coronavirus. I can understand the delay in the postal service but not a delay in filling the order. Fragnance x or Fragnance net does not have a problem fulfilling their orders
I received Juicy Couture for a birthday gift September 2019, I loved this scent so much, first of all because of the wonderful fragrance and how it wasn't an over powering scent. It was a beautiful scent that I could wear everyday and not get tired of it. Also the compliments I received when wearing it was so kindly worded from anyone I came in contact with. I would get, "your cologne is so soft and flattering" or "May I ask you what perfume are you wearing?"
I felt like I was so completely set for the day, as the last thing I do when getting ready to start my day is to put on my perfume. It doesn't matter if I'm going to work, visiting with family and/or friends or just hanging out at my home, I know I'm complete with my perfume is with me all day long.
My perfume was processed and shipped the same day it was ordered! The perfume smells fresh and was happy to receive it! Good price! Thanks!
I have contacted by phone and no never answers I have contacted by email and still never received anything no perfume and no money back I spent over a hundred dollars so I went on Instagram to post a review and still nothing but a run around i even gave them my tracking number and still nothing Do not order from these people the least they could do is return my money
