I think your policy for not receiving refunds for items not received is very sad. I am a senior citizen, 77 years old disabled, and I always have them ring my bell when I order from any place. They didn't ring my bell they just dropped my package on the ground outside of the locked entrance. I will be contacting help me hank on the TV channel to get some help with this because I do not deserve this I will never order from Perfume.com again, and I will also let my friends know.
