Their website says "Shop with confidence we offer 30 day money back guarantee" They are sending out defective products and not honoring their so-called guarantee. They will not refund 100% for send a defective item, and they won't offer to replace. I just got scammed and I have the chat to prove it.

Ordered perfume... put on the order please when delivered to bring to top floor apartment... perfume.com used ups who then turned over delivery to usps. No one can find the package... i called perfume.com and they said they could not help... so now i am out over $90+ dollars because perfume.com could not get the package delivered to me properly. They told me the package was "left at my mailbox" well... my mailbox is on a busy street/sidewalk in the Bronx! Anyone could have taken this package because the instructions were not followed!
