I placed an order back in December and have yet to receive my colognes. I've tried calling customer service more times than I can count for a refund or a replacement and that doesn't exist. I've also emailed plenty of times and no response as of this day. Tracking has no update either.
I ordered some cologne from this website to ship to my son since I was having a hard time shipping what I had already purchased locally. My order was placed on 12/19, I also received an email that day stating my package was on its way. I tracked it that whole next week. I noticed on 12/25 that it hadn't moved but I figured it was due to the holidays and my son would just get his gift after. I received an email on 12/26 from sitejabber asking about my order and it said if I hadn't received it in 24-48 hours to then contact perfume.com. I emailed perfume.com on 12/28 for an update. They replied with ticket number but nothing else. I waited a few days and never heard back so I tried calling several times and emailed several times. All I got was a recording stating no one was available to take my call. I have yet to hear from anyone. I have yet to recieve my order and I cannot get ahold of anyone on the phone number. This is the bigges scam! Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT order from this site.
I hate even giving one star but it doesn't leave you an option to go into negative stars. When I finally recieved my order almost two weeks late it was completely missing a bottle of cologne. I purchased two of them for my husband and only recieved one. It took almost four or five days after sending emails and tons of calls to finally get through to a person in customer service. They requested that I email them photos of the box I recieved along with it's contents and proceeded to tell me that they have to scan items three times before putting them in the box, okay
