Purchased perfume Dec 19; no shipment - USPS seems to have lost pkg. Seller doesn't answer phone & only delays. 3 weeks have gone by! I only get robo-answers on email. PAYPAL has been called in to settle this. Had to buy replacement product in store. Perfume.com in. Bad faith and for all we know this may be its bankruptcy.

It was entirely my fault but I thought I was actually ordering from Bvlgari. I should have done my research first. I have never used this brand before so I didn't question the cost. I looked now and realize that what I paid was about a third of the Neiman Marcus price. I wonder now if I've purchased a discontinued fragrance which may have changed the way it smells due to being out of date. I don't even know if this is the correct packaging or if I got a rip-off of the original. I haven't opened it yet because I want to see if I can replace it. If I can, I would appreciate a pre-paid return address label.
