I was looking to refill our collection as we had run very low. The fragrances arrived in great packaging and did not smell old - as if they had been shelved for a long period of time. I ordered from another company for years, but the quality of the perfumes began to suffer and they offered no real customer satisfaction. Glad to have found PERFUME.COM!

I was able to find what I needed and the process was very easy. Ordering and checking out was super fast and zero stress.
It was very easy and simple to find my favorite perfume by Marc Jacobs. The prices are great too.

Took longer to receive my order then if I had just purchased it at a department store! But the packaging was flawless! It was received in excellent shape, price was awesome, and I will be ordering again soon
I placed an order Jan 17th it was delivered to the wrong address Jan 20th. Since then I have driven across town (30 miles 1 way) to get a 3 page report from the delivering post office (requested by Perfume.com) showing the package was delivered to the wrong address, submitted that with a signed affidavit, (also requested by Perfume.com) exchanged 4 or 5 emails... experienced bad customer service to finally get a rep who told me they received all paper work (they requested) but had no idea how long it would take to resolve this issue. So basically, I placed an order it was delivered to the wrong address, by no fault of mine it was a delivery issue and Perfum.com knows it was a delivery issue. I have paid my bill in full, yet I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PRODUCTS or even had them replaced almost 30 days later. With covid we all are using the mail system a lot more. In the last year this is my 3rd package I have had delivery problems with (considering I normally get 3+ packages a month I don't think that's half bad, but this is the only company that has made me jump thru hoops to have a package replaced that I had no fault in its delivery mix up. They delivered it to an address with a difference zip code and no apartment number and it was street not ave... this is just a mess. It has been almost a month im going on vacation in 2 weeks and with no cologne. So my suggestion to you or anyone else ordering from Perfume.com is... DON'T signed... TRULY A CUSTOMER WHO WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICES AGAIN.
