I love Jivago 24k and I was so excited to see that you company still sells it. I use to buy it at Neiman Marcus, but they quit selling it. I've always received so any compliments about the fragrance, I really wouldn't want to wear anything else so please keep it in stock.

Found what I was looking for.

I placed 2 orders within the past 6 months, first one went well so a few weeks later I decided to order some other items that interested me... that one has been a nightmare.
I've been emailing back and forth with these people for about two months now trying to figure out where my order is or how to just get a refund. In their initial response they stated that they opened an inquiry with the delivery company (USPS) and that it was under review. After weeks of not getting an update I emailed again and got the same canned response of "the inquiry is under review" - that happened a few times so finally I got fed up and contacted the Better Business Bureau, and magically the next day I got an actual update that the claim had been denied and that the Post Office confirmed that they delivered the package. I have no idea how that is possible because even today when I look up the tracking number that I got for this order it still says that USPS is still waiting to receive the package in N. Y. At this point I'm done with this site, I'd rather pay the department store prices than deal with incompetent, lazy companies. BUYER BEWARE! Good luck to all who do business with this company and I hope there's never an issue with your orders.

Great value completely! HOWREVER, I have tried putting my correct address several times... I have sent email after email, I have tried several times to contact the company via phone (bogus number) which left me holding for over an hour...
