Zero Stars! We ordered an adult picture frame urn with engraved nameplate on May 18,2019. They debited my account on May 19. On May 24 we received the nameplate only. We did not receive the urn. I emailed the co. On June 2. On June 3 they replied via email, incorrectly stating we had received the urn. I called the co. On June 3 after receiving their email & they said they made a mistake & that they would be shipping the urn, to be received no later than June 6. We did not receive the urn. I called the co. On June 7 & they said they would ship the urn on the next business day. I requested 2 day shipping & they said they would do it "just this one time", as if they were doing me a favor. On June 12 we received the incorrect urn. I have emailed a request for a RMA and refund of my full payment, including shipping. I'll be interested to see if they can get that right. We have been waiting nearly 4 weeks for an urn for my father's ashes. This should have taken 4 days at the most. This company is inept. Save yourself the stress during an already stressful time. Do not use them.

I purchased a pendant, ring and silver chain. They are beautiful. I wear them everyday. After 7 months, the chain broke and customer service shipped out another one within a day. No questions asked. Very responsive.

I purchased the Starry Night memorial urn. The urn is very nice. The chain on the other hand is pure chinese junk. The clasp is so tiny that the wearer can not hook it. I had to have my wife hook it for me. I wore it for maybe 5 minutes when the clasp separated from the chain. The chain was discarded. Plan on buying your own American made chain.

Poor quality

I ordered a brass plaque that I wanted to engrave myself. The plaque was so thin that it is impossible to engrave by hand and the customer service rep should have said so. Turned out to be a waste of money.

The plaque purchased is made of industrial resin as the product description states, the item is not made from brass. The resin material is made to be lasting as it will not fade or tarnish over time like many brass plates will. Engraving this item requires equipment to complete a laser engraving process. Unfortunately, our support team was unaware of the plan for engraving you had in mind when they contacted you to confirm that you wanted a blank plaque. It is fairly common that these plaques are purchased blank for other reasons. We do again apologize for the confusion in this matter. We purchased the bronze Dachshund urn for our beloved Daisy. She was the first of our fur babies as my husband and I were not able to have children together. We wanted something special for her. When it arrived, we were so pleased with the quality. It is the most special memorial we could have for our baby. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

My little 12 yr old terrier passed away suddenly. I was distraught and desperately searched for some type of pet memorial. I was amazed at the products offered by Pet Memorials. My personalized marker came in beautifully... Squirt's picture was vivid and as colorful as a portrait! The marker was really heavy! Thank you so much!

Perfect memorial urns.

I ordered a keepsake urn for my mother that passed away. When I received it I realized that it was spelt wrong not as expected and when I called I had a rude lady put me on hold for five minutes then tell me since it's an engraved piece that it's not refundable if I'd like to reorder I can with a 10 percent discount even thought it was there mistake and they should of fixed it. Over all very disappointed in this will NEVER order from here again.

We just wanted a small amount of my moms remains. I showed my daughter the stars orb, and we fell in love with it. We can use it as a decoration, or wear it.

The remaining remains will be scattered in the places she loved dearly in N. AZ. And S. Utah.

This was an easy process to do, and we enjoyed looking at all the items you have to choose from,

After losing the love of my life, I ordered a cremains necklace from Perfect Memorial. Delivery was eh,. But I wasn't in a rush. I ordered the Celtic Knot Infinity with dog paw print in center. I received it,. Admired the weight and craftsmanship of it, and was quite pleased, showing it off to the throngs of people who loved her. HOWEVER, I go to fill it and it won't take the cremains. I try multiple times, following directions to a T, it won't take them. I then try to sprinkle dust in it and it only takes 10-15 particles before filling so much you can't screw the lid on. I call customer service to explain this, and that I'd gladly pay for shipping for a new one, and was told repeatedly they only hold a cubic inch. Trying to explain to the woman that it won't hold a needlespoon- I'd be delighted with a quarter cubic inch (the size of the necklace), all she could offer was a refund and a tube selection. If I wanted a tube, I'd order it from a glass maker using my dogs cremains. I wanted a silver necklace; something that would hold my dogs cremains. If I kept this, I'd do better to roll the locket in her remains everyday- to get more dust on it than in it. Thanks for the jab. As if I don't hurt enough.

Typically, they will hold about a half pinch of cremains unless the pendant is a cylinder, in which case it will hold about a teaspoon of cremains. Unfortunatley, to uphold the integrity of the items the jewelry is not completely hollow and there is only a small chamber that can accomodate cremains. It appears an exception was made to return the pendant for a full refund. As soon as it is received back the refund will be issued to the original payment method on the order. If you are a dog lover, (and you know who you are) there is NOTHING more heart wrenching than losing this beloved family member. Certainly each dog lover has their own way to handle their pets passing. Besides the unbearable grief that comes with the loss, at some point reality strikes that much like a human, a decision has to be made with regards to the body. My wife and I for the first time chose, cremation for our friend. To remind us of the great times we spent, we wanted an urn to honor our family member. After a search on the internet we chose Perfect Memorials. We chose the urn and what we wanted written on the outside of the urn. The web site does NOT do justice to the beautiful urn that arrived AND it arrived in record time, with just standard shipping. We chose to review what was going to be written on the urn, and Perfect Memorials was VERY prompt, in their response to ensure we would get EXACTLY what we ordered. If I could give Perfect Memorials more than 5 stars I would. For the product they provided for our friend. The ONLY feedback I would provide Perfect Memorials management is - to have someone rewrite their response to inquiries or even the validation to what will be written on their product, keeping in mind that the reader on the other end, who is still grieving, has just lost a beloved family member, that provided UNCONDITIONAL love throughout their short life. A reply to even validate what was chosen can still be done with sincerity and compassion vs. a boiler plate response, is this what you want / ordered. I'm just saying. Still the product gets 5+ stars from my wife and I...

I received my estranged husband's ashes 2 days before Christmas! His remains were in a shipping box, and inside was a plastic bag! (So disrespectful) I ordered his Urn a few days after Christmas, I chose standard shipping! It arrived before New Years, way less than the 5 to 7 days! When I opened the box, I was very happy! The urn is perfect!

I placed an order on May 23rd!... sent in the payment by mail because the on-line site was not allowing me to use PAYPAL or Credit Card (customer service was no help)... Just received a notice in the mail stating that the item I ordered is out of stock along with the return of my payment... HOW!? I placed an order- where did it go? How could you sell something I had already ordered and sent in payment for!? I HATE this place and will NEVER order anything from here OR recommend it to anyone EVER!
